Motel 6 Las Cruces, NM - Telshor

The room was very clean at the time of checking in, located in a great area. Staff was attentive, caring, except one desk clerk. She was very rude, unfriendly, just plain obnoxious. This desk clerk took it to the extreme, because of a personal conflict, with someone else. They didn't let us stay and involved other staff. The employee is head of housekeeping also. She went to the extreme, had my grandson get out of the shower, immediately naked. They need to have their employees drug tested, another employee was high as a kite, the day before checking out. Guest got thrown out either, for no apparent reason. Or being stalked by the graveyard desk clerk, hearing it from guest there also. They don't work as a team, only to talk behind each backs, guests need to feel welcomed. At the end my family, myself felt unwelcomed. If I had a chance to return again, only in the condition new staff was hired. Professional staff and not gang stalkers, because that's how they act. My special thanks though, to the employees who were hospitable. Thank you Motel 6 for replying to my complaint immediately, that something was done for the employees misconduct.

I'm on a road trip with my dog from Tampa, FL to San Diego, CA. This was my 4th hotel and the best so far. Front desk staff was welcoming and great, they even called the room about 2 hours after check-in to make sure everything was okay with the room.
The accessible shower? Oh my goodness!!! Not only is there a very sturdy bench but the tub itself is wider than what you typically find in a hotel, and the grab bars are perfect. Best shower I've had in a week!

This place is great. Very clean. Very safe. Great front desk staff.

The motel sits on top of a hill. I left my suitcase on my cargo carrier all night. It was still there in the morning.

My dogs and I felt very safe there.

Even tho Expedia messed our booking dates that i had made thru them to recuperate after surgery, Joanne was very patient, resourceful, she was assertive & remained kind- to us and the very busy lobby she was covering by herself. That doesn't happen alot any more, i appreciate it. Thank you

Very clean throughout the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Bathroom supplies were more than we expected. Will stay here again. I booked directly with the hotel and the reservations agent was so helpful.

Comfortable king, shampoo, hand lotion. Great shower/bath. Clean room with microwave and refrigerator. Morning coffee in the lobby. Great parking lot, packed car with u-haul trailer no break-in or vanalds

Must apologize for my previous commitment. If you are interested in a good place to stay? Well this is a good choice. The staff here may be to the book but I have respect for that.🫡 it's clean as hell.

You know motel 6 is pet friendly and they don't charge extra for pets so usually the rooms aren't always clean depending on where in the world they are, it's just the nature of the beast and for the cheap prices you come to well, not expect much as far as the accommodations, you get what you pay for and all. BUT, this particular Motel 6 in Las Cruces NM is very clean the staff is hard working professional and so very nice. It felt like I was home! The room I stayed in was clean, so very clean! And at this particular motel 6 they have an agreement with Ruby Tuesday just down the block if you done there and show them your room key you will get 20% off your bill! I really enjoyed my stay there and their pool is clean and an indoor pool too! If you come visit Las Cruces, I highly recommend staying there, it's close to lots of things, clean and safe.

Had a great experience there for my anniversary. Never much issue other than a creep that doesn’t even work there with a master key trying to open the door while only my wife was in the room alone. DO NOT KEEP VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM. Keep them in your car because of creeps like this

I love this place! I wish I could give it 100 stars because it’s one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. I couldn’t believe it was a Motel 6! The spa was wonderful and well maintained. But most importantly, the staff was courteous, professional, and went out of their way to address my needs. A big shoutout to Sandy and the rest of the staff for all their hard work. In fact I liked the place so much that I decided to stay an extra day just so that I could continue to enjoy the spa. I highly recommend this establishment and plan to stay again if I’m ever in the area.

I had a good time in the pool and it had nice clean rooms

The staff was extremely nice!!! Very polite and professional. The manager was working the desk and talked to her employees with respect. Saw her the next day helping house keeping. Definitely the type of manager that helps. Rooms were very clean. Area was good. Would definitely stay again.

This is THE BEST motel 6 I have EVER seen !!!
Upon check in we were pleasantly welcomed. There's an elevator...thank God no stairs for these old legs. We got to the room and its so large and the bath tub was huge. Two people and a child could fit in there. Really!! The beds were super comphy and each bed had 3 pillows. (That never happens). They offer an inside pool and hot tub. Free coffee in the morning and upon check out a smiley face. If your in the area and need a motel this IS the place to go and at a reasonable price.

Had made reservations on-line. Helpful pleasant folks working the desk. Room was clean and everything worked. Appreciative of quiet ac/heating unit. No road noise since motel is off of the highway but some noise from doors to other rooms being closed. Only real negative was no USB ports in the room.

This room was nice, and big. It was perfect after a long day on the road. Especially since my hubby started not feeling well ( he was dehydrated). We will definitely be coming back.

The room (resident w/ pets) was clean. The bed was acceptable and gave us a good two night rest. The sink, toilet and shower drained well. All shift Staff were professional and outstanding. The coffee was a great bonus and appreciated.

I've stayed at many Motel 6's (based on our pet), This Las Cruces Motel 6 was overall, OUTSTANDING.

We will reroute (in South New Mexico travels) to go out of our way to stay at this particular Motel 6 again.

Good room especially for the price. Very nice front counter helper
