Harborview East Apartments

Hand down the best apartment/rental I have ever lived in. The inside of the apartments are beautiful, the kitchen has plenty of countertop space along with cabinet space, and open layout is great. And the view! I can't believe how beautiful the view from the living room and back porch is. The tenants are all so friendly and it's a very quiet community. The management is top notch, very friendly and helpful. That always make sure the property is safe and well maintained. When any issues arise they are very quick to respond. I never thought I could be so happy renting apartment

Great park. Lots to offer for walkers, joggers, hikers, Owen beach is a must for the views of the sound, islands, kayakers, boats, etc

My husband and I lived at Harbor View East Apartments. The manager was extremely helpful with transition to Washington from Oklahoma. It was so nice to have everything go so smoothly upon our arrival regarding move-in. Our time at the complex was perfect and never had any issues with having things taken care of when needed. Extremely helpful and kind managers. We absolutely loved the view of Gig Harbor from our balcony and being so close to Cushman Trail was amazing. We would highly recommend Harbor View East Apartments! You won't be disappointed with the apartments or the management.

These apartments are beautiful inside and out with a home-like interior. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cupboards for storage. The layout is perfect throughout the whole apartment and is very warm and cozy. The bathroom is large with lots of counter space and storage. The full shower and bath combo make it even better. I forget I am living in an apartment all the time. The managent is wonderful they are very friendly, helpful and are always available to help or answer questions and very understanding. They have been the best landlords I have hever had the pleasure of renting from. The view is amazeing from the living room window and it's in a very great location, close to downtown and easy access to freeway. I love how quiet it is and the neighbors are very friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent . You will def feel at home here.

These apartment have the most amazing view of the harbor! The area is quiet, peaceful and the other tenants were so nice and welcoming ! The manager lives on site which is very convenient! I locked myself out once and they were sooo understanding and helpful. If I ever had a question or concern I always got a quick response from management . Apartment was spacious and had nice features you don’t normally see in an apartment . Fireplace adds such a nice touch . Great place to live !

These apartments have possibly the most beautiful view in all of Gig Harbor. Waking up to the sunrise is a fantastic way to start your day. The managers are super responsive to text and email; which should be assumed but they go above and beyond to make sure any problems you bring to them get taken care of promptly. The actual living area is great too. The layout makes use of the space well and there is a ton of room to get creative with furnishings. On top of all of that, the location in town is perfect. It’s walking distance to downtown and halfway between the north and south ends of Gig Harbor so everything is close by. If you’re looking for an apartment, Harborview East should be at the top of your list.

I’ve never been happier living anywhere than I am now. I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience is with Robin, and Don (Managers), at the Harborvieweast East Apartments.

I moved in November of last year, they went above and beyond making sure my transition went smooth, as I needed to move immediately due to past salon closing permanently due to COVID-19. They were kind, and professional, easing my panic with new job, and new town all at once.

My neighbors are a dream! They’re quiet, and respectful, you know you’ll come home at the end of a busy work day to a spotless home setting and warm smiles. The view is worth a million dollars, guests are blown away by it commenting regularly how fortunate we all are, it’s true!

I highly recommend living here, however; residence love it so much that they rarely move away. Do not give up, it’s worth the wait. I was approved at another newer complex the same day but it did not have this unique location as we’re at the end of a road with no traffic, so it’s extra peaceful!

I have lived at Harbor View East Apts. for two years now. I really love this place. I moved in to a newly remodeled 1 bdr. w den. All new appliances, cabinets, etc. Everything so new and clean. The view of the Harbor and the Sound is absolutely amazing. It is so quiet and peaceful here.The carports have been remodeled and the parking lot repaved. It is really nice. The managers are great and always available. I have never had a problem. Everything has gone smoothly. However, the managers always remind me to never hesitate to let them know if I ever have a problem. My family and friends who came to visit me after I moved in just fell in love with this place. They were so happy for me. And for me, I feel blessed to be able to live here.
