Great boutique shop for lovers of good spices, teas! Got some souvenirs/gifts for my kids!

I have lived in GH for years & years and have loved watching this store evolve and succeed - their new location is perfect and has a lot more space. I always stop in for gifts - my husband and I stopped in just recently and the owner was so lovely & also wrapped our bottle that was being gifted. I'll be in for another gift this week! Can't say enough great things about this place!

This is the neatest store for all you foodies out there. You can find hard to find spices and amazing selections of teas, oils and vinaigrettes❤

This is the only place where I will buy teas, spice blends, and oils/vinegars both for myself and as gifts for friends and family. The tea is so wonderful and the spice blends are absolutely delicious. I don't think the prices are overpriced for any of it. The owner, who is so sweet, also stocks lovely little trinkets, serving platters, towels, etc. Everything is just so cute and lovely! I definitely recommend stopping in and picking up some tasty treats! You will not regret it!

The owner is incredibly friendly, and their products are high quality. Great teas, oils, wines, and of course SPICE! I've been a long time purchaser of Penzey's, swearing by their products. For the Love of Spice has opened my mind. They make the most incredible blends, and stock high quality base spices. Anyone who remotely enjoys cooking needs to check this place out, well worth the stop.

Update: Came in again to get some more spices, I can’t even tell you how I love this place! Super high quality flavorful spices! The owner made me 2 custom spices, a Gig Harbor Crab Boil and Harbor Seafood Seasoning (her spin on Old Bay), and they totally blew me away!

This store has some of the best oil and balsamic vinegars I have tasted. There are amazing spice mixtures as well as loose leaf teas. It's a must visit in Gig Harbor.

You need it. They got it. The new space is fantastic too.

This is the best spice shop in town. Amazing selection of spices and specialty oils. Very inviting and warm. Our favorite mixed spice is the "beam me up" rub, our barbecued meats never tasted better! Windy, the owner is super helpful and has the best suggestions for pairing the spices and oils with our menu proposals.

I recently did a Google photoshoot at For the Love of Spice that includes a virtual tour and stills. I go out of my way to find businesses that have great "eye candy", and this store is every bit that. Owner Windy Payne has done a beautiful job creating a warm, inviting, and unique vibe here. She crafts custom spice blends that are tantalizing and compelling. If you're a "foodie" and love to cook, For the Love of Spice should be on your short list. PS - she also has a great selection of teas and does wine tastings of local labels.

I love their Garam Masala and Madras curry. Just got the Vindaloo curry to try today. Always fresh and great. Just like homemade withoit having to do the work.

Windy and Michael have done a wonderful job bringing spices, oils, and tea to life. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Support this small business and you won't be disappointed!

All the teas smell so good and the vinegars and balsamic vinaigrettes are amazing! Wendy the owner is very knowledgeable and creative in making her spices.

I love it here! Super friendly! I get most of my spices and lose lefe tea here! I will be popping in tomorrow for some more spices and vanilla black tea. 😊 what are the hours though?

This place is amazing. The owner goes above and beyond to accommodate her patrons. The wine is awesome, the oil and vinegar is even better, and she is knowledgeable about all her products. I highly recommend this place.
