Great repair shop! Trustworthy and stands behind their work. Much better prices than the dealership. We take our Mercedes c250 and our BMW 335i x drive to them - have been for several years now! Always happy!

We take both of our Mercedes here for everything from oil changes to major repairs. I recently had the unfortunate experience of a rat eating some wires under my hood, and not only was I able to get my car in right away during a holiday, but the technician was able to repair the wires without me having to purchase a new wiring harness or ECU. Also, I paid $800 less than originally quoted. These guys are top-notch, and I wouldn't take our Mercedes anywhere else.

What can I say about Kassel Motorsports except that if you have a the opportunity to work with them, do you it, you will not be regret it. Victor and Nick treat you like family, make sure you understand what's happening and what needs to be done going to forward. Kassel Motorsports is not cheap, you would not want to them to be, they have an great warranty and stand behind their work. I am currently getting the transmission in my S6 rebuilt to their standards using JH Motorsports parts. I have no issues handing over that kind of money knowing they will stand behind their work and make sure I am treated like a family. Thank Goodness for Kassel Motorsports and the quality of service of they bring to our Euro Community here in the PNW!!

I was enjoying my Porsche 911s. Driving home from my well traveled road and canyon route eased in to the garage put in to reverse and my transmission was broken.took it to kassel . oil change,plugs, and no Porsche parts for the transmission in the country.they searched everywhere and found a company with superior upgraded parts to save the day.they go the extra mile for you.very rare to find a company like that.thats why I only take my Porsche to them. Kassel Motorsports has always been great to me and my fleet of BMWs. The customer service from Victor and Nick has always been top-notch, professional, and honest. I always feel comfortable knowing that the technicians who work on my car fix it right the first time and won’t try to upsell any unnecessary work. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone with a European car in the south sound area!

Took my Mini Cooper S into Kassel and was happy with the customer service. The breakdown of the work estimates was easy to understand and very thorough. I appreciated the time they spent addressing all my questions. I will be returning to this shop for future services. :)

I first contacted kassell motorsports last October when my wife & I purchased a used vehicle 55k miles , when a reduced power warning ⚠ appeared on dash. I spoke with Victor and decided if situation continued I would schedule with him. We'll last few months it persisted. Call Victor and got it in for diagnosis. After initial testing he recommended more due to they thought they knew but wanted to be sure before buying parts.

Car is now running better than ever. Why I chose kassell: rather than go to expensive dealership I Googled local shops. I was impressed by there website and decided I would reach out to them , Vic was not pressing me to bring vehicle in but rather said when ever I wanted to get car looked at give him a call. 6 months later I called him and glad I did.
There whole service process was professional, painless and informative. This might have cost 2 or 3 times
More at dealership as I feel they would of just started replacing parts.

Kassel has always provided excellent service. They've always been honest in their diagnostics and hasn't tried to sell me unnecessary services. I am always pleased with their service. Victor is so professional with his communication and realistic with turn around times for repairs and diagnostics. Kassel has never tried to take advantage of me as a customer.

Kassel Motorsports is top tier when it comes to anything European automotive related. Techs are top of the class master technicians! Always do a fantastic job, clean, reliable, professional. Don't have to wait months to get in, usually they get me in same day (unlike the dealer). When I need major repairs done they have free loaner vehicles so I can get to work and this makes the experience seamless. I love taking my vehicles here can't say more positive things about my fantastic experience with this establishment. I wish there was more places like this !

It was easy to make my appointment online. When I arrived they immediately took my car to run the diagnostics. Nick was awesome. He answered all my questions. I was going to take a Uber home and Nick said no need we have a rental car for you! Kassel’s prices were very reasonable and come with a fair warranty for all work performed. The dealership would have charged me at least twice as much. My car has over a hundred thousand miles on it. When Kassel was finished with all repairs, it runs like brand new. Kassel Motorsports will always be my #1 choice.

I've known Karl, the owner, since grade school. He has worked on German cars I've owned in the past, and continues to provide the best possible service I've experienced with German vehicles. His crew is top notch and they know their stuff! I always recommend Kassel to anyone with a European made car.

I had a fantastic experience having my brakes replaced on my Porsche Cayenne S. They were nice and had a fast turn around. They got me a Lyft back home and I really appreciate them keeping me in the loop while parts needed to be ordered.

First time customer. They fixed my m3. So far everything seems to be working fine. The bill was higher from the time I approved the work via my phone but Victor gave me a discount. They needed some extra parts that they didn't know till they working on the car. I will definitely go back to them if I can't do on my own.
