Chase Bank

Someone tried passing a check from me here, and they correctly flagged it for being out of the ordinary and not cashing it. Lisa and her team were prompt to contact me, and then we're amazing when I had to come in and change my account

4 windows, 4 tellers working really quick to get people what they need. Great customer service but it’s inside of Fred Meyer. They also have an ATM outside.

Went in to close a savings account because I did not use it. Went to the teller window and she actually handled it there (as opposed to sending me to a personal banker). The whole transaction was painless and it was convenient.

Sometimes you have to wait a little while on the busy days like Friday and Saturday, but other than that they've been fast and friendly whenever I need to withdrawal money

Chase bank has been a good bank for me and I've been with them for close to 20 years and it's been great.

I went in to cash 2 checks I don't have an account but the checks are from Chase they told me I would be charged 8 dollars a check then the system was not working after i cashed 1check so apparently they couldn't cash the other one this is after I threw a fit about the 8dollers hell for 3 I can cash it at Fred Meyer

This branch rarely answers the phone!! Not enough tellers and or accounts personal

I have had unbelievably poor customer service here and on multiple occasions. I was willing to excuse issues on the first round, but I've been shocked time and time again. I've experienced exceedingly a teller who was rude from the moment I approached her station, and I've been turned away because my request would "take too long" despite showing up 30 minutes before closing. Don't bank here - go to another Chase location!

I came in today just see if I can get a money order and one of the tellers there was like do you have an account with us and I was like yeah about 2 years ago but I got rid of you guys because a personal reasons and the lady there was like in order to get a money order from us you have to have an account and it's five bucks and I told her that that's not what the last person told me when I came in about it and I even told them I don't have an account and I believe it was the manager that I came in last time for the teller I dealt with she was kind of disrespectful and rude and I was like you know what no wonder I left you guys. My thing is this if someone's in desperate need of a money order to pay their bills you should do it I mean you guys are getting money anyways so what's the damn point

Incredibly disappointed in my experience here. I showed up an hour before they closed on a Saturday to sign some paperwork to be added on a joint account with an out of state family member who has fallen on hard times, and was told the banker was “too booked” to sit with me and I would need to make an appointment to come back on Monday.

Now I understand timing and schedules, having worked as a teller many years ago myself. I get it, you don’t want to have your bankers stay past closing. However, this was an urgent matter, and literally the difference between someone getting to eat over the weekend or waiting until Monday.

Worse than the lack of assistance, was the lack of empathy. The teller was very rude, and could not have cared less about the impact this decision made. I would have expected this kind of assistance at Key Bank, but not at Chase.

Again, incredibly disappointed in my customer service experience today. Not making the best start off to the Christmas season of giving guys. Pay for some teller training on kindness.
