Had a great experience I was getting soda pop and dropped 30 bucks went to pay and found out that I had dropped my money so as I'm looking around 10 or 15 minutes go by from when I dropped the money , there it was in the soda and chip area next to were I grabbed my soda I wanted. Just had to say your store is great place to shop thank you. Fredmyers on 72nd your great keep up the good work as busy as it was at 6 o'clock in the evening there's no way I'd be that lucky to of find my 30 dollars just laying there. What an awesome experience .....

I had an issue finishing a place to make my key. Desiree stepped up and cut my key quickly and efficiently all while being friendly and kind. Really loved the service with a smile!

I was standing in line at the customer service counter, there was only one representative helping with the long line. One customer who was not in line demand the rep attention, she was trying to help everyone.
She was so polite although people in the line was not and still the other customer who was not in line was demanding her attention. I normally do not do these surveys, but i need to say something.
I can't remember her last name but her first name is Erin and she was a supervisior releaving some one for lunch.
I eant to give her kudos for her custmer service skills. I will be shoping there more often now.

Elizabeth and Terri the cashiers here are absolutely amazing. Those ladies are cool cool people and honestly the only ones here I even know by name. Hope their lives are filled with lots of love and blessings 💜🩷❤💙

Fred Meyers is my go-to shopping place. The people that work there are wonderful and helpful. They've been changing the store around a little bit, but it's still pretty easy to find things. And if you can't, ask the next person you see, and they'll be able to tell you. It is a happy store, with happy employees, they are happy, therefore, we are happy 👍💝

Dec 28 looking for Santa inflatable n bounce house, this employee went above n beyond making sure we're taken care of , I believe goes by Trinity if I'm rite , such kind hearted n wonderful person, keep up the good work, Merry Christmas 🎄🎄

Best place to find everything

We were able to find everything we needed and the customer service department was very friendly and patient and helpful.

I love shopping at this place but sometimes it's a hot mess you can't find carts to put your stuff in and you have to wait forever for someone to help you,but other than that the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen.

The candy selection for Halloween this year and the prices are better than they were last year. I'd recommend getting some there instead of walmart.

Been shopping at fred meyer for over 30 years. The staff is so kind and helpful. I love this store.

I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I saw a sale price not realizing that it was for a digital couple and when I told the employee about what I thought was a pricing mistake he explained to me that it was digital and he would go ahead and fix the price for me. I was not expecting that but I was given service with a smile. Something that you don't see that often anymore. Keep up the great job Fred M.

Love the great deals after Christmas sales. Dang near cost nothing at all. Lol

Many of the employees and pharmacy staff are wonderful people. This is my neighborhood FM and I’ve seen how tough it is for staff to navigate the challenges in this area. From the friendly pharmacy staff going out of their way to help me fill my cat’s prescription over a holiday weekend, to staff managing people stealing and it being an overall busy store - thank you. You are appreciated. I hope to continue supporting this FM store by keeping my $ in the neighborhood.

Fred Meyer never disappoints. I love that I can get everything from soup to nuts in the same building. It saves me a lot of running around town if you know what I mean especially when gas is five dollars a gallon for God sakes give me 10 more Fred Meyer’s please.
