Rite Aid

The pharmacy at this location us wonderful. I have been going here for more than 20 years. I would not know what to do if this store ever closed.

These guys do a good job. This neighborhood is not the best and there are homeless people shoplifting there all the time. I have seen them handle it professionally. They always acknowledge customers coming in with a greeting and are overall very helpful.

The 72nd Rite Aid is a great place to go for pharmacy services and those little odds and ends that you may need for the house. I love the seasonal discount aisle When they mean discounted they are truly discounted. It know it gets a bad rap because of the location, But the folks inside Are truly Wonderful and will do anything to make your day a little better.

99 percent of the time I have no problem at rite aid on 72nd Street and Pacific hwy. They are very nice and helpful, I hope I'm not going to cause longer lines. Just give them a try.

I used the drive-thru to pick up a prescription. On this day, there was only one car ahead of me, which is unusual. So the line went fast. When I put in my prescriptions to be filled they didn't have it in stock (which seems to happen more frequently here than other pharmacies I've used before). I was informed right away that there would be a delay. It took a couple days, but the prescription came in. All in all things went well. Staff is generally very nice.

Shopped and was chcked out by a very pleasant cashier.

As a single mom, sometimes it’s hard juggling everything. I spaced on my daughters refill date for an important medication she needs and called helplessly close to closing. I work with the public as well so I know how frustrating it can be & tonight I was one of those people. My normal location wasn’t able to fill until late the following day but Angel at the 72nd location went above and beyond to make sure we got it filled before closing. She was so kind and didn’t seemed bother at all by my mistake. I hope she sees this or her team/manager does because she deserves so much credit and kudos for her excellent job.

People here are very nice, and very helpful. Man was cruising me and the sales clerk let me sit near the desk until my boyfriend came to pick me up. Very speedy as well I love coming here because I can always be in and out even at the pharmacy.

I have severe mobility issues and am at significant risk of falling so they were kind enough to grab some essential first aid supplies I needed and I got my meds and supplies via drive thru. Cannot praise the whole crew at this rite aid in tacoma!

Charles, the supervisor was very helpful and friendly. He always have a smile on his face. The store looks clean and the staff was patient enough to help me with different products or . I appreciate everyone in there with their great customer service.

Any of the associates that I have spoken with at this Rite Aid location in the pharmacy has always been a pleasant experience they are all very helpful and friendly it is because of the pharmacy associates that I come to the store I also appreciate being greeted when I come in the door I have never experienced a negative attitude everyone that has ever help me have always been great employees

The drive-through was greatly appreciated and the staff very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.! Great Job... Much Appreciated.!

They are not only the best in customer service,they are the cheapest and fastest when it comes to filling a script. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION AND WOULDN;T GO TO ANY OTHER RITE AID................PERIOD!!!!!!

I love rite aid pharmacy they are very thorough courteous and will go above and beyond to satisfaction.

If you need minimal basic groceries then this store has everything for everyone.
