Pacific Inn

We came April 19-21 for a Volleyball Tournament. Prior to the trip Selina Gonzales the Sales Director was incredible not only did we get a good rate but she made sure all the players, families, and coaches were taken care of upon and during our stay.

The hotel is your typical beach hotel at first glance. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was wonderful! The facilities were clean and professional looking. The balconies were great. Everything was well stocked and organized. The location.....it is all about location location location. Walking distance to everything. The store, great restaurants, downtown and the beach! Would for sure go back!

We were traveling from CA to WA and we stayed there. It was great!! Room was clean, bathrooms as well. My favorite part, the pressure of the water was incredible, giving you a massage after a long time driving…

They also offered coffee & hot coco in AM and PM.

Front Desk is friendly, welcoming and great customer service with a smile. Room.and Bathroom Size is decent. Close to everything, Restaurants, Gas stations, close to Must and See Places in Monterey. Price is fair. Plenty and safe parking. Recommended.

The room is really wonderful! Clean, wide space, and large bed. The staffs here are also passionate. We have enjoyed good time during the stay.
It is really convenient to drive here. There are plenty of space to park your car. Also, the Safeway is near the hotel.

This motel prides itself on excellent customer service and experience. The front desk host acted as more of a concierge and allowed me to check in early as well as saw me pull up to the motel later that day in my rental car and came out and filled out the parking form for me without me asking. The rooms are good quality as it looks like they've been renovated fairly recently. They offer a Keurig brewer in the room and there is a nice little dinner within the same parking lot that has great service and delicious food. Overall a great stay at the Pacific Inn and would recommend anyone traveling in the area to stay there.

Great place to stay on a budget! Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are equipped with everything you’d need and the staff is super helpful. Definitely recommend!

For the price, it’s hard to beat. The staff was friendly. The room was really clean and looked newly renovated. I’d like a firmer bed but seems like preference. The fridge was slightly larger than a mini fridge and came with a separate freezer. It was a convenient location given how short of a drive to Monterey and Carmel. The diner attached to it was pretty good. We always had a parking spot when we came back but there was only a couple to choose from.

Very friendly staff, our renovated room was surprisingly large, well furnished and very clean.
You can hear the inhabitants of the neighboring room very well, you have to be lucky here and catch quiet people.
A Safeway right next door, the breakfast restaurant a stone's throw away: perfect for an overnight stay or a shorter stay.

Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water, friendly staff, and updated furnishings. A motel setup with more of a hotel feel. The parking lot is a little small, but I didn’t have any issue finding a spot both nights I was there. Coin laundry and vending on site (accepts cards). It is a short and convenient drive to the touristy Monterey area. The only downside was some road noise, but that wasn’t a bother for me. Would stay here again!

Very clean and well kept hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room had nice amenities like shampoo etc. Plus tissues and makeup removal wipes. Very safe feeling area and we were given a parking pass for our dashboard. Breakfast not included but the Cafe in the same parking area was excellent

Rooms were okay for the price. Beds were clean and the bathrooms were nice. The location of this place was incredible. Very close to a dinner which services great food with low prices and big portions. There’s also a kitchen right on the property incase walking 4 minutes isn’t for you. Also convenient access to multiple gas stations and grocery stores within walking distance.

The service was incredible. The person who checked us in, Karun, was not only friendly and nice but extreme helpful through our two night stay. Karun made our experience great.

Check in was easy. It was a very clean room. They’re nice and updated. The bathroom was clean, nice to use. It was very quiet for the most part. I had to come to the Monterey area because of an emergency and I’m very glad I picked this hotel the price point for everything provided was great. Parking was a little cramped but we were lucky to have free parking in a parking lot with security cameras on the property so it made you feel safer. I plan on staying here again when I return to the area shortly. I was very happy overall with the pacific inn and I’m very picky over hotels and places I stay.

Starting with the beds, the linens were fresh and richly textured, with thick warm puffy comforters. The bathroom fixtures we new and modern, with great lighting. Elsewhere dimmable lights help set the right mood along with the effective window shutter treatments when you want to sleep in.

Video channel selection was great and easy to connect our laptop with the free WiFi. Breakfast is not included, but “Grandma’s Kitchen” restaurant shares the parking lot with the hotel.

Environment: Monterey North Fremont street is about one mile from HWY 1 and quite on both Friday & Saturday nights when we stayed. This is a family friendly hotel that has laundry and dryer machines on sight for guest use. The staff was friendly, from reception to house keeping and welcomed our comments.

Myself and several friends stayed here for 4 nights during Monterey Car Week and could not have been happier with the service! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was phenomenal, and we enjoyed our stay very much. A huge thank you to Karun and a few other staff members who were very accommodating for us and went out of their way to secure parking spaces for our cars. I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone and everyone!

Had a really great experience here. Our room was recently renovated and remodeled, was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were SO clean. My only complaint was that our WiFi connection wasn’t good but it is free WiFi so you can’t complain too much. Great location and breakfast at grandma’s next door was delicious! Oh and it was a quiet inn. No noisy neighbors which was nice! Definitely would stay there again.
