Denny's

The google reviews made me speculate if it was worth the visit but thought I would give it a try since we lived close by and I’m glad I wasn’t disappointed. We ordered the southwestern Benny breakfast and the pancakes. Both of them tasted really good. I suggest you all give this a try and don’t be disheartened by the low review score.

My family and friends attended a wedding. The following day we enjoyed breakfast here at Denny's.

The wait staff was very polite and accommodating to our large party. The food was hot and delicious and arrived in a very timely fashion.

Nice place very big and spacious. Good people the. Server’s are always smiling. During the weekend is very busy.

Our server Maria was amazing she was running the door all by her self but was able to still ensure that we had a great meal and checked on us regularly even though she was very busy with other tables. It was great experience, thank you 😊

As a lifelong resident of the Monterey Peninsula, I've been eating here for years and I am always happy to have Raphael as my Server.

Raphael is very professional and provides excellent service, with a smile, because he is a very nice guy and very good at what he does.

Had an amazing time with my big group of friends. Maria was an absolute gem; she was so friendly and welcoming, and the food came out so quick, we couldn't believe it. We are from out of town, but next time we vacation in Monterey, we will be coming back specifically for Maria❤

My husband and I were greeted and quickly sat. Our server Maria was able to communicate and visit with us while we made up our minds for breakfast. She was always prompt and ensured we were having a nice meal! Everything was PERFECT! The coffee was fresh, food was hot and tasted so good, the service and smiles from this staff was awesome. It’s really nice to have service like this while we are out traveling. Maria was the sweetest gem and we appreciate her incredible customer service and kindness! ♥

Maria is an absolutely amazing server, we had a seven person table, and she treated us like family, always checking on us and making sure we were ok! Always with a smile on her face!! A 5 star expirence!

Big portions, low prices, great food.
We tried the new skillet menu ans was very good. Seems fresh and not too fatty.
Service was also good.
Overall a great option in Monterey, since other restaurants extremely over priced.

Normally I wouldn't give a Denny's five stars. This one was really nice. The manager sounded like he was kind to his employees. The employees were all friendly and the food came out quickly. Maybe I just went on a particularly good night. It was just a really good Denny's.

I am a regular here at this location. At this Dennys, you will find superb service, notably Juan. He is heartwarming, welcoming, kind souled, passionate. The amazing service I receive every trip is astounding, they even have in store entertainment with an amazing claw machine. (worth it!) The food and drinks here our out of this world, try the strawberry banana smoothie! Best thing to drink in Monterey, and at good price. Every time in Dennys is a good time, as every time is a new experience. If you’re in Monterey, stop by Dennys, you won’t regret it.

I enjoyed my bekfast to the max. It was scrumptious and delightful to my tongue. Don’t even get me started about Maria! She was the best waitress and had great service today. 15/10 recommended. Will definitely be back with the wife and kids.

Maria was amazing. Me and my friends came from out of town and she had Incredibly welcoming energy. The food was wonderful and i will definitely try and come back.

Good and fast service. Food was hot and came out quickly. I was greeted immediately on arrival. Table and floors were clean. I'll come back again. Thank you for a nice lunch experience for a change.

Awesome service from Edith. Very nice. Place. This particular day. Food was deliciuos and fast and hot. Lots of coffee refills to really. Start a good morning what a great job from This employees. Even the restrooms were very clean and had. A very pleasant smell. They really keep this place clean , thank you. We will be back

Dennys isn’t really known for its fantastic menu so don’t go expecting a Michelin star meal. It’s open late and you can sit inside and talk for a long time and for that purpose it’s fantastic

Maria was wonderful. She gave excellent service, was very pleasant and made us feel so welcome. I'm definitely coming back next time I'm in town.
