I enjoy shopping at this Safeway, even more with the most recent renovations. I can find what I need most of the time. The products are fresh and every single isle is usually pristine clean.

If you’re a regular, make sure to get your Club Card so you can get discounts on every product.

Went in for my basic keto needs and came out with more then I expected!! Absolutely love the stores variety of basically everything!! Employees were honestly the friendliest I’ve ever come across. The app definitely helps and saves you some money.
Clean store!! Everything looks like it was in stock!

This safe way was clean and well stocked. Found everything we needed. However, there was only one line open for a large line of folks patiently waiting.
Of course there is always self check out as well.

A full service supermarket with a wide variety of items to choose from. All is neatly set up and wide options are available.

I am very critical of giving out the five star to anybody, but this grocery store has the best selection, the best employees, is the cleanest, the best organized and stocked and it's just hands down the best grocery store in the area. apart from a couple of employees that should probably work somewhere else everyone is very nice, very helpful and a pleasure to see. Rating varies from 4-5 depending on when visiting. In general, cashiers are typically happy and friendly. Sometimes it's difficult to move down aisles when lines back into and block entry. Prices are better if you register a phone number and use it for discounts.

I'm a loyal Safeway shopper. Have been most of my life! I love their quality of food, the Club Member deals, and their stores are always clean.

Love the build your own salad. BUT, be VERY careful because the advertisement appeared (to me) that the salad was $8.99. It turned out to be $8.99 a pound 😱. I had the best $16.00 salad ever. It was all of the toppings 😩....lesson learned 👍

This store has everything! There are aisles and aisles of whatever you are looking for and then more! It’s open until 2am for you insomniacs. It’s also very clean. J really love coming here

Really nice and clean Safeway. We are from out of town, but always shop here when we visit Monterey. Knowing that they are affiliated with our local Save Mart stores, I prefer to support local stores, even when I’m out of town.

Great service, employees were very quick and happy to help with finding anything. Most items I looked for were in stock, although some items on sale were out of stock.

I appreciate that it's 24 hours. They have ready made meals, and already prepared meals to cook, premade salads, and there's always deals. . . The staff couldn't be better. I love shopping here..... Update: still my favorite.

The DMV kiosk there was so sweet to use. Got my 2023 registration and tags in less than 2 minutes. Then off to the deli to pick up some dinner.

Had the things I needed when I needed them. Great selection of fresh veggies and plant based proteins.

From Pennsylvania, we don't have a Safeway in our are. Very pleased with the varieties offered. Loved going to a market that has full stock. Very pleased with the checkout and Customer service.
