Although I'm very new I've already been very impressed with the doctors and the staff. I received a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and a follow-up and great advice on questions no other GI doctor or staff ever even noticed. How lucky are we that we have Monterey Bay GI consultants medical group? First of all, they care; they're going to test you, then development of treatment plan accordingly. What more can we ask for it's impressive they're professionalism?!!! These are what the good doctors look like. Shout out to Doctor Mendoza -- Consummate professional. Thank you doctor very much for your expert advice and your time!

Had my appointment today. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and front office staff greeted me and processed my insurance documents quickly. The tech taking vitals arrived promptly, brought me to a room after taking my weight and completed taking vitals in a professional and friendly manner.
They made sure I understood and let me know how long the wait for the PA I was seeing would be. Silvia (the PA) arrived within the mentioned time and was attentive, interested and informative as to the details of why I was there and I felt very relaxed in discussing the details with her. After the appointment, the exit staff was very good with the follow up details and instructions. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Monterey Bay GI associates!

I have been to this office before and, upon returning to Monterey after having moved away for several years, scheduled a new appointment. I was extremely impressed with the staff, how they handled my initial appearance very professionally and well-managed. I met with Dr. Swanson for the first time and was instantly impressed with her. She had already read my entire file from my previous doctor and immediately put me at ease. I have already mentioned her to someone and suggested they see her. I will continue to do so. Good job, Dr. Swanson and staff!!

My visit at the Salinas GI clinic was superb! The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I really felt comfortable there. Lastly, I want to give Dr. Razaak many KUDOS for being so patient, kind and understanding, not to forget to mention one of "the most skilled and intuitive" doctors I have ever had the pleasure of receiving care from. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moonan's for almost eight years. She is an incredible physician and an overall genuinely nice person. She is so knowledgeable about her specialty and can explain it in simple and easy to understand terms to the layperson.

I saw her yesterday for the first time in five years. I am assuming she had thoroughly reviewed my file prior to my appointment which I've never really known a physician to do. I believe this because she remembered what I had been seeing her for, she had reviewed test results from other physicians I have seen in that five year time period, she knew all of the medical situations I have been going through. This saved time in the long run because we didn't spend time shuffling through paper charts or computer screens. She makes detailed notes and provides instructions for the patient to take home with them to let them know what to expect for future procedures. She is just so thorough and balanced and caring. I would recommend her to anyone.

Great office atmosphere, receptionists professional, helpful and courteous. Dr. Razzak personable and great bedside manner. Would highly recommend this office.

Doctor Toby Katz is absolutely amazing. He is very thorough in his profession. He has many years of experience and I am very happy to be seen by him. I feel that I am in great care.

First time at the facility. Amazing people working there. Dr Kamler was so patient to explain everything I needed to know. He was very kind and friendly.

The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Hell is very kind and he took his time to listen . I really appreciate being treated like a human and not just a number.

Although we haven't been able to figure out my diagnosis yet, Dr. Hell is working very hard to take care of me. The staff is friendly. Go to the Salinas office, it is slower so you can get in and out quickly and everyone is more relaxed.

from when I walked into the office I was welcomed , Virginia reached out to me and was very helpful over the phone . The receptionist up front was very kind as well . When I saw DR RAZZAK I can honestly say I felt very comfortable with all the knowledge he had for me . He answered my questions clearly and was just very honest . 10/10 recommend this office to anyone

The office staff were friendly and prompt. I came early to fill out paperwork and didn’t have to wait at all. Dr Kamler was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Dr. Kamler is wonderful. I've just had my 3rd visit with him and he is always on the ball, doesn't wait for something to get out of control before addressing an issue. He is so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

All perfect. Dr. Kamler is excellent—so smart and caring. He made time for me. I was worried, and he arrived prepared and had so much wisdom. I am grateful.

Everyone I interacted with was super organized, professional, friendly and thorough. The signage outside is clear and helpful. If only every doctor’s office performed this way!

Dr. Steve Hu is One of the best Doctor on the Peninsula so grateful to have a specialist Physician on our Monterey Peninsula. Very Thorough in explaining treatment and shows a true concern for his patients well being. Dr. Hu is highly skilled and in demand.

Dr. Mendoza keeps you well informed and is very pleasant!

He’s very professional but adds a sense of humor to make visit comfortable.

My first appointment there today and was super impressed from the check-in staff, the doctor, to the lady the scheduled my next appointment. Doctor took his time and I never felt rushed, etc. I have full confidence in them, and no concerns of my upcoming procedures.
