Located where all the fun happens, Casa Munras Garden Hotel and Spa was delightful to stay at. Rooms were super clean, front desk staff was courteous, professional and welcoming!! Highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting to stay away from touristy cannery row and want to enjoy some cool nightlife vibes within a two minute walk and five minute walk to fisherman’s Warf

The service was absolutely phenomenal. We travel with our dog and no other property has had the amenities and care for our boy like Casa Munras. The room was clean and fashionably decorated. My fiance appreciated the fireplace to add an extra level of coziness. It's in a prime location to easily stroll downtown or to the wharf. Pay a little bit extra to stay here, it's well worth it!

Ours was a very last minute booking for an overnight stay only. It is a nice place. The room was large and the beds were super comfortable, with good bedding. Check-in was very pleasant. Thank you.

Dog friendly!

The **best** location you could ask for as a traveler to the city of Monterey. Downtown main Street, farmers market Tuesday and the ocean (the wharf) are a beautiful 15 min walk. Plenty of excellent cafes and businesses are out your door, especially Wild Plum and Terra Foods.

Prepare a little extra time for navigating the parking lot on arrival because of the one-way arrows... a little confusing, yet necessary for safety.

The intersection right outside of Casa Munras' entrance by Denny's is also an odd one that requires yielding cautiously. Monterey Peninsula traffic patterns are a major "What were They Thinking" shrug but don't blame the hotel. 🤔

Casa Munras is typically affordable for the value! I hope they keep it that way.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's a definite favorite. aside from all the luxurious bedding and mattresses that you just melt into, the restaurant esteban's that's attached to the hotel is second to none. It is by far and away a place that I long for. The food, the cocktails, the atmosphere, everything is just perfect. If you want a quiet romantic weekend look no further than Casa Munras.

We loved staying there 2 nights ! We wish we would have ad an extra one but as we are on a road trip we had to keep driving south. Loved the size of the room and how clean it was . Perfect location and great staff. Thank you .

Dog friendly, car charger onsite, spacious rooms, bark box was great! Rooms were nice. Great location too, about 10 minute walking distance to downtown area.

Super nice front desk and great green spaces around property for pups. Very dog friendly overall and I like the proximity to Alvarado street and the beach.

We had a terrific experience. Jocelyn in guest services was particularly helpful. We had lost some items in the laundry and she had them waiting for us in the morning. The premises is beautiful and clean and the staff is helpful and kind.

We loved our room. Fireplace was a plus. The hotel was in a great location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.I would definitely stay here again

I have a lot of reasons to love this place. First we booked with a 3rd party in February, sadly, on the trip from Canada, I was injured and unable to make the reservation. No problem . We arrived here 10 months later, to the most friendly and efficient staff. The room is beautiful. It is a short walk to a dog park, the pier and the beaches. The very first night we sat outside next to the fire with our dog and enjoyed a beautiful evening of appetizers and wine. The lobby staff even offered to watch my dog for a few minutes. The pool is lovley and warm in December! The cleaning staff and maintenance were beyond efficient. We had a maintenance issue around 8 p.m. at night. 2 maintenance workers came and resolved the issue immediately. The management handled the situation beautifully.This place is a class act and the prices are very fair! Thank you Casa Munras!

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Rooms & grounds are clean and really well maintained. Our room had a bit of a vintage vibe, was definitely not outdated. The site has beautiful plants & is close to everything!

We really enjoy staying here. The rooms are nice and clean the grounds are kept clean. I was a little dissatisfied because we ended up with the wrong room! My husband had also told them it was our anniversary and could they please have some flowers, strawberries (whatever they normally put out) they said of course! However nothing was there. The room 224 was nice, nothing special but clean and nice. Too much furniture in it! ;) the bed was UH-MAZING! I'm literally calling them to find out what kind of bed I slept in! Staff is friendly and helpful. Fireplaces in the room is nice to.

The room was spacious and luxurious. We loved the fireplace in our room. We liked everything about this hotel. It was quiet and private, but very close to Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf.

I love this hotel. The buildings have a Mission style charm, and the grounds are lively and peaceful. The pool was heated enough to enjoy in the cooler temps, and the rooms are warm and exciting. We had a fireplace room, and we loved the furnishings and comfy king.

This was the second d visit, and housekeeping was quiet and relaxed. It was possible to sleep in. Overall, a wonderful hotel.

Beautiful historic hotel. Rooms are sumptuous, very clean, and comfortable. Location offers great walkability for restaurant, shops, coast. Staff are friendly and John in reception is wonderful.
There's a pool, spa, and restaurant also. Treat yourself and visit this tucked away gem.

Best experience ever they have it all but the graveyard receptionist I wish to remember her name she's amazing and very attentive she made sure we where happy and satisfied with our room what an amazing host and the rooms are gorgeous.
