Professional and friendly. So helpful an respond so fast. They make you feel as a family member, and not a customer. I will recommend State Farm Insurance to all people that I know they need the right insurance.

I have been with State Farm for 10 years now and have had 2 claims with them. The most recent claim went super smooth! Stephanie has been great to work with and always has my best interests in mind. Would highly recommend hearing from her regarding your needs. She opened my eyes to what I needed and I have all of my policies through Statefarm. If I could leave 10 stars I honestly would! Great representation of Statefarm here at the Eric Collins agency and reliable whenever I have questions.

Truly enjoyed talking with Stephanie Garrison and she was very helpful, friendly and took great care of myself and also my youngest daughter as well with setting us up with auto insurance and with setting me up with Renter's insurance for my household. Stephanie Garrison is an absolute gem! I had made an error and my car insurance had lapsed. She took care of me right away, calmed me down (as I was a little panicked due to the lapse), answered all of my questions, and showed me incredible service and patience.

I feel truly blessed having spoken to her. I've been going through some terribly stressful things recently, so having an experience with someone so helpful was exactly what I needed.

I just had the best phone call I have ever had with an insurance company Justin took time out for me made calls and explained to me why my premium went up and made the experience much less painful. He deserves a raise for showing his customer appreciation, and professionalism if nothing else I have 2 policies with state farm and was about to get another agent for a variety of reasons until I spoke to Justin. Robert Allen has been a pleasure to work with from day one! He is extremely professional, kind, caring, and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Not only did he find me the best deals by saving me over $1,800 on all my policies combined! But he made the process hassle and stress free. He took the time to make sure I understood all my coverages and answered all my questions, even if it meant doing some more research. He also made sure the coverages I had were geared specifically towards me and what I needed and not just generalized and common coverage that you just sign up for and don't discuss in detail (like my previous coverage). He went the extra mile to get things covered I wouldn't have even thought of and also shared lots of insightful knowledge on important aspects of coverage that I was unaware of in various areas. I received a notice from my apartment complex landlord indicating I did not have renter's insurance. Quickly, I contacted Stephanie at the Eric Collins-State Farm Agency and, just as quickly, she sent me the declaration document which confirmed my full compliance with their renters' insurance requirement. I forwarded this to my landlord and confirmed they received it......done! Problem solved. I love this kind of friendly, professional management of our insurance needs!

Working with Jaryot at the Eric Collins State Farm office was an absolute pleasure. Great guy, knows his stuff, patient, and explained things in words I understood. Insurance is a confusing business, and he made it simple for me! Insurance agents have a bad rep, but Jaryot was easy to talk to and trustworthy! Definitely recommend!
