Puyallup Mazda Service

I was parked for about 10 minutes at Starbucks today and when I tried to start my car, my battery was dead. AS A DOORNAIL!! I knew a tow truck would take forever so I called Milam Mazda and Brian answered. He is AWESOME. He took the time to come over and jump start my car so I could get to work (on a Sunday) almost on time. I've been leasing vehicles there for about 15 years and am grateful and amazed at their customer service. Thank you Brian, you're the best.

Easy access to service bay off a not busy side street. Drive right into the check-in bay and walk up to the counter to hand over keys. I will say this location had easier access and a larger receiving area than the sister location in south Tacoma. Same great service with ample waiting room area and restrooms and snacks. Both locations send you video of the inspection and service, which is great so that you know they're actually doing the work.

Always good experience. In for oil & filter change. Tire rotation. Approx 1 hour. Have an option to watch live. Nice waiting room..coffee and snacks

I have been bringing my Mazda here since I bought it, in 2013. Matt and Jeff always take GREAT care of me! They never try to fix anything that doesn't need fixing and do their best to accommodate getting me in for the service/repairs that I need.

Tugs was awesome and didn't make me feel pressured after all the questions and request that I made. Love my Madza and the driving experience it has been bringing.

Had my 60K service done on my 2015 Mazda6 . Meegan Pieruccioni was my service advisor. Meegan made sure that I received a great deal on my service as well as making sure my vehicle was serviced %100 accurately. If a mistake is made on Puyallup Mazda's behalf Meegan is quick to make sure the customer is taken care of the right way. Thank you for treating me right Meegan!!

This is by far the best service department that I've ever used. They take a video of the service overview that shows them checking everything required in that servicing. Total transparency breeds confidence. I just upgraded to Android Auto/Apple Car Play. So easy to use and when I realized that I forgot a USB cable to connect my phone, they offered me one. THATS SERVICE!!!

Stopped in to take a peek at a used VW Jetta that was on the lot. While not ultimately what I chose, when asked for other cars in a similar range and with similar amenities, many options were provided! Bilosi helped me find my car, and I absolutely love it! Super easy, not very fast, but then car shopping never is :) Thank you guys for helping me choose the first car I've bought in over a decade, and thank you for making it a seemless, painless process!

This dealership has excellent customer service. Free loaners, free car wash, great service reps, and they are very clear about what's wrong and how much and how long it will take to fix.
