My stay at Southbridge Napa earlier this week for a conference was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The team at the front desk was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

The rooms at Southbridge Napa are nothing short of stunning. They are beautifully designed with elegant decor and offer a cozy, luxurious ambiance. My room was immaculately clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, in addition to having a working wood burning fireplace! The plush bedding and spacious layout provided a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day of meetings.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast. The selection was diverse and satisfying, with fresh pastries, fruits, and a variety of beverages. It was a perfect way to start the day, and the convenience of having breakfast delivered right to my room was a delightful touch.

What truly set Southbridge Napa apart, though, was the exceptional service I received. One morning, I discovered a loose button on my shirt, and the woman at the front desk kindly offered to sew it back on for me. Her willingness to help and genuine care for my well-being was incredibly touching. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated.

The property itself is breathtaking, surrounded by lush landscapes and serene views. The peaceful atmosphere adds to the overall charm of the place. Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the beautiful grounds, there was a sense of tranquility that made my stay even more enjoyable.

In summary, Southbridge Napa provided an outstanding experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the luxurious accommodations and beautiful surroundings, this hotel is a true gem. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Napa, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning for future stays!

The staff is amiable and accommodating. Despite its online appearance, the hotel pleasantly surprised us with superior quality and exceptional services.

Southbridge Napa Valley feels like a little piece of home! It is such a charming hotel with great amenities, wonderful staff, and extremely well located. It is walking distance to St. Helena and easily accessible to the local wineries. Highly recommend!

Our second stay here. Wish they'd relax the COVID rules since we liked the breakfast in a bigger room than ours. Room was clean and very functional but for Napa we thought could use one more piece of furniture. We've brought others with us both times and they liked it too. Location is perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. Relaxful atmosphere even when Napa is chaotic.

Great boutique hotel with access to the spa across the way, which has a very nice gym and pool. The rooms were very generously sized for a boutique hotel. Everything was clean and the breakfast was basic but very good. They had some English muffins that were out of this world. Staff was nice and friendly. Prices were not cheap, but it's Napa, so what do you expect. Would definitely return.

Great overall experience. Excellent service, the staff were very accommodating and courteous. Rooms were super clean, very spacious, with a fireplace, and a small balcony that opened up to the courtyard. Beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect, right next to very nice restaurants and a winery that offers very good discounts to all hotel guests. Definitely recommend it, price was on par with other hotels in the area of lesser rating IMO, so it was a a no-brainer for us.

Great location, centrally located in St Helena. Walking distance to Farmstead, Starmont and several other wineries. Great Spa available and plenty of parking. Rooms had high ceilings and we're spacious. Coffee in room and breakfast included. Would absolutely stay again!

We just stayed here for 2 nights for my nephews wedding. We rented out about 20 rooms and the stay was really nice. The service was top notch and the location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and wine tasting. Would definitely stay here again. Great continental breakfast too!

My choice for any getaway! Kevin elevates the quality of my stay every time. Location is great and rooms are comfortable. Very sad that they took out the bathtubs from most of the rooms, though, as I was very much looking forward to those deep tubs! Maybe they'll put them back in the next round of renovations.

Up from SF. We booked via website on the day of. The website offered a 15 minute special with a significantly reduce price for one night that we couldn't refuse. So glad we took the offer. The room was at the end of the wing, across from a burger joint across the street. The room was large, vaulted ceilings, with a fireplace; complimentary water, fruit, coffee/tea and an assortment of in-room snacks and drinks at a reasonable price. The king size bed was great, the walk in shower was recently updated and there was plenty of natural light from the sky lights and two glass doors leading to separate balconies; minutes from the main drag. The complementary continental breakfast was small but filling. Those staff members we had contact with were professional and courteous. The on-site Italian restaurant was excellent as well. The turn-down service was a nice touch; housekeeping clearly made our stay more enjoyable from other places we've stayed at in the county. This could become our new go-to place when we decide to make it an overnight'er.

Extremely satisfied with our stay here! Staff was great room and facilities were nice, but most importantly the room was very clean! That’s a must and they delivered on cleanliness! As far as the location goes it’s perfectly centered around the best wines and food napa has to offer from what we can gather ( based on yelp reviews)

Price was good, we booked on hotels tonight and saved about $40 which was cool!

Also they have a FULL gym, only hotel gym I have ever seen that has real dumbbells that go up to 95.... so I can do my curls! And a beautiful pool!

Oh last thing, room has a real fire place!

We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it!! Walking distance to many wineries so you don't have to worry about driving after tasting the most superb wines of the world.

Beautiful little community. Beautiful suite with fireplace and fully stocked fridge and wine bar in room. Everyone was very hospitable. Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff and amenities. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this place. It was quaint and cute, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We even had our toddler kiddo and infant with us, but they made our stay so easy on us. Highly recommend!

Centrally located at the beginning of St helena and minutes away from downtown. A great place for wedding and buisness groups alike with a spacious event room. Also room service is handled by pizzeria Travian conveniently located right next door.

An excellent hotel. It is close to restaurants and centrally located.
Kevin, the concierge, was a great help with good ideas on where to eat.
