I always have bad anxiety going to the dentist because of a bad experience years ago. Today was my first time here due to new insurance and I am so happy. Bethany the hygienist was an absolute gem. She really eased my anxiety and took her time with me and explained everything. Dr. Vantramp was also very nice and comforting.

From the comprehensive apt, cleaning, and treatment, I was well taken care of. I’ve been in the dental field for 5 years as an assistant. Never have I seen or experienced dental care so amazing. Dr. numbed me painlessly (so rare y’all) and Heather, EFDA, filled my tooth. They also told me I had a tongue tie which no one has pointed out, it’s so important! Front desk gals were so sweet and made it financially simple. Go here if you want quality care and treatment ❤

My 7 year old daughter has been going to Dove Family Dentistry for 2 years and she loves going. This year, 4 year old daughter had her first dental appointment right after her big sister and they both enjoyed it! Kristie was very patient, informative, knowledgeable, friendly and kind to both of my girls especially with my 4 year old. Honestly, hands down the best dentist-visit experience! Painfree cleaning (thank you Haylee), and believe me, (due to my unique mouth), that's a first for me! In addition, the entire staff at Dove Family Dentistry is skilled and experienced. The atmosphere is lovely and Dr. Vantramp makes it a joy to visit the dentist!

From my first step in to my last step out everyone was very warm and welcoming. Their service was very professional. They made sure I was comfortable and everyone walked around with so much Joy!!! My family and I have found our new dentist!!!

They are AMAZING. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was super nervous. Everyone was truly great. My Dental Hygienist Kristy(ie?) was absolutely incredible and deserves the world. She made me feel SO comfortable. Talking me through my cleaning and actually complimenting the work I had done to get my teeth and gums back into good condition. Highly recommend dove family dental. I had a little interaction with the Dentist, Dr. Vantramp I believe? He was a swell guy too! He said my mouth was “boring” which is exactly what you want to hear!

I've been going to Dove Family Dentistry for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience with them. Minimal waiting as they are always prompt with your appt. time. I am always provided (without asking) a detailed price estimate (if applicable) for my next appt. when I schedule it. Everyone is always been friendly, polite and professional.

We moved here a few months ago and we're sad leave our hygienist of 18 years. I just had my first cleaning and check-up with Dr. Vantramp, and I am so happy we found Dove family dentistry! Kristin was the hygienist who did my work up and cleaned my teeth. She was very thorough and gentle, asking often if I was good. Sandi in front was my first contact on the phone, Brenda produced a document to inform me of my out of pocket expenses, what a great staff!

Dove Family Dental is awesome. From the staff to Dr. V. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the hygienist there are very thorough and always giving ideas on better oral health. Highly recommend! Great dentist.

Dr. VanTramp is the most gentle, precise, skilled and kind dentist I have EVER been to. Our family of 7 has been going to him for over 20 years. He and his team are extremely kind and generous with their time and help, always making sure their patients are comfortable at all times and that everything is taken care of from the smallest detail to the greatest. We live in Federal Way but do not mind the half hour commute each way although there are plenty of dentists we could choose from less than 5 minutes away. There’s just no comparison. If you need gentle, high quality dental care from the best, go here. I promise you will not regret it.
