The staff here are the friendliest and are like family to me. I come here almost every day either before or after work for a drink and sometimes a snack, mainly because the store is in a very convenient location for me, but also because I just enjoy seeing my friends here. It gets busy sometimes, but overall I've never had a negative experience here.

Prescription prices higher than other pharmacies

I provided two coupons that had absolutely no restrictions as to what I could purchase one for 40% off and one for seven dollars off my next purchase over $35. The pharmacy refused to honor both of them. When I pointed out that there were no exclusions on the coupons to which he agreed he still refused to honor them and did not offer any further solution. CVS used to be a very helpful and personable pharmacy which I enjoy going to let us not the case any longer regrettably.

We were shopping and my hubby urgently needed a bathroom and they refused him saying no public restroom and nothing for customers. We dropped about $100 of merchandise on counter and left. Terrible customer service.

Went to Cali roots and there were gangster guys out front selling parking for 40 at the cvs parking lot. They seemed shady so I talked to the manager apparently the security guard was letting people park at cvs and pocketing the money. I requested a ticket of some sort to make sure it was legit and the manager got loud and angry and told us to leave now. I was afraid the gangsters with tattoos on their face were going to jump me and my friends. Luckily we got out safe. To corporate maybe they should know the shady dealings going on at their space!

Internet says you are open. Why are there bums drinking out of paper bags right next to the entrance just after 10pm and the doors locked? We’re on vacation, Googled CVS which is our preferred drug store back home, found one, only to have a rude employee give me the hand across the neck thing to re-iterate the fact that they were closed??? And EARLY according to your own website!!!!

Worst customer service this side of Salinas

This says they are open until 12am... Their website says it's open until 12am. I just drove by at 11:15pm and it's pitch black so who's in the wrong exactly? Really annoying to have my time wasted.
