Came in today and got my tires done. Reasonably priced and great service, but Paul, the manager, was outstanding! He was so nice and had a lot of great answers to all of my questions. The 5 stars aren’t for the store, they are for Paul. Thank you for making my experience great!

I always have a nice experience at Precision Tune. The service is fast. The employees are great and I always meet new people all the time, which makes the time go by fast.

First shop to not give me the run around. They just fix what needs to be fixed.
After being told by every chevy dealership in town that my car sputtering, misfiring, and trying to die at red lights was "just how it runs," these guys just did a tune up.
Lone behold, it runs better now. 🙃

Got a groupon deal for a headlight restoration package. Our old 97 Previa had very dull yellowed lenses. They came out looking very good. Service was nice, courteous, and very prompt. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I was told from a different shop that my front brakes needed to be replaced. I was told it had plenty of pad left. They could have replaced them, and I would not have known that the pads were still good! Coming back here for all my needs! 2 cars!!!

We went to the U.P. Precision Tune for many years, and always had a great experience. When the owner retired and handed off the business we decided we wanted to find a shop nearer to our home. We've been to this Tacoma location a few times, and have had great experiences each time. Got to speak with people who really seemed to know what they were talking about, and we're friendly to boot. On our most recent visit, they squeezed both of our cars in for oil changes, right at the end of a fully-booked day. We will be bringing our cars here from now on, I think.
