The Salon at Heitz Cellar

We visited here during our trip to Napa Valley this week. What an extraordinary experience… Xia was our host that day, and the experience could not have been better. The property itself, the wine of course, and the perfect service she provided, made for a memorable experience that we will never forget. We will be a fan of this wine for many years to come.

The most amazing and breathtaking experience of all the vineyards. Everything from the curated wine selections (the best Cab) to the charcuterie paring, the decor (linens, glasses, furniture, and views) to the ambiance was a 10/10 star experience!

I’m not the drinker, but rather the buyer—so I really can’t attest to the wine. My fiancé appreciated the wine so we became members. I think of the Martha’s as an investment, so it’s not too egregiously priced. The property is beautiful and not commercialized so expect a nice and restful visit.

We had a wine tasting here yesterday and it was amazing! The price is absolutely worth it - learning about the history of this place and getting to taste the wines was such a wonderful experience. Make sure you make a reservation first, but we would highly recommend!

Truly exceptional tasting experience. I'll be honest, going into it I was little hesitant based on the price. In my opinion it is definitely worth it. The grounds are beautiful and wine is absolutely outstanding. I certainly plan on coming back everytime I visit napa.

A great tasting experience. The cabernets are some of the most elegant and refined in Napa - more acidity than some of the plush wines many are used to from Napa. A beautiful patio on the vineyard with highly professional staff and tasting experience. Not for those on a budget. It’s expensive overall. I would go to frogs leap or Corison if you want less plush wine but at a better price point.

A beautiful setting with a 🍷 tasting that is at your pace. As a result you are not left with multiple half-filled glasses. The canapes were a perfect way to get the tongue started. Then the wines were fantastic. The climate was just right. I valued the conversation with the sommelier as we learned not just about their wine but about how to drink wine. So I took back not just bottles but a different way to talk to sommeliers.

Amazing wine 🍷 service and views! If you want an intimate wine tasting experience, this is the place. Make sure you make an appointment though. Thank you Anani!

One of the best wineries in Napa Valley. Great staff and world class wines. Been buying them for years.

Our 3rd vineyard on our first Napa trip. Our Sommelier, Xia, a Chinese American, was nice and provided a great experience. Their wines were exceptional. Our favorite was their Martha’s Vineyard 2013. Their wines are pricey but worth to join their Tradition membership for 12 wines per year. The winery and tasting room were beautiful. It’s worth your visit and highly recommended.

Free tasting...a rarity in Napa. But the man who served us was super nice and talkative. We were the only ones in there on a Wednesday. Beautiful views from the garden and really good prices on bottles.

Very friendly staff and terrific views. They have a few tiers of sampling to chose from, starting at a complimentary sampling of two of their entry level wines. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

The new Salon at Heitz Cellar is a beautifully designed property set with a gorgeous backdrop of the vineyards. We had a great tasting experience with a knowledgeable host and always excellent Heitz wines!

We were told that the best wine tasting experience in the valley was Heitz Cellar Estate ( temporary tasting room location while the renovate their tasting room on hwy 29)
We made reservations and ventured out to the property. It was a magical site and we met a an effervescent soul in Allison Hudak, one of their amazing wine curators. What a delight she was. We loved every moment of our visit and Allison’s great balance of educating and fun made our visit so special. And the WINE??? Amazing. Go here if you can!!!!

I cannot say enough... sublime experience, on the rainy day we had. I can't imagine how lovely it would have been if we could have had a tasting overlooking the vineyard. Stunning, and I have to put a lock and key on my wine closet.
