HALL Wines St. Helena

Best All Around Winery we visited over the weekend. Joego was our guide at the tasting and answered all of our questions. He was obviously knowledgeable about the wines and winemaking but also knew how to show us a good time. Taylor helped us as well! To top it off, you are surrounded by art inside and out along with the beauty of the building and natural beauty of the surroundings. We joined the wine club and will come back to St. Helena with friends and try the Rutherford tasting in the future.

I recently had a wine tasting for the Platinum collection experience at Hall winery.

The service was truly fantastic. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Because of that, I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience. The management team was also excellent.

In summary, I can’t express enough how satisfied I was with service and wine. It was great in every way, and I would highly recommend it to others. I look forward to going again in the future!

What an amazing tour of the grounds. We ended up getting a membership which also includes exclusive wine tastings on their private patio, private events and quarterly wine allocations. We were given a tour around the grounds and even tastes some of the grapes. Really loved the architecture and artwork too. At the end of our tour we were also given a selection of cheeses and nuts in a private room. Loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was!

Great tasting - beautiful setting at sunset by the fire. Wines were excellent and so was the service. As always, Hall Cabs are wonderful!

We initially did not intend to do any tasting here. We originally intended to go to another winery and then we decided to squeeze Hall in since it was included in our hotel stay. We knew nothing about Hall going in. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the tasting room was as well as how much we enjoyed the wine. I'm trying to enjoy more red wine as opposed to white and this place gave me a huge push in that direction. The wine was great. Lastly, I will say how great Joego was. He was entertaining as well as giving us a lot of great information on their wine. In the end, we didn't end up going to that other winery at all but we were completely happy with that. Hall was the perfect winery to end our stay in Napa Valley

We went on a tour and tasting with Ron. He was very knowledgeable and the wines were very enjoyable. The winery has great art and we enjoyed the tour and wines so much, we joined the wine club. We are looking forward to going back to the members area for more wines and our future shipments.

The best wines in the valley! Highly recommend the Platinum tasting! Lindsey was a fabulous wine educator! Beautiful property, clean bathrooms,c fresh look and jaw dropping scenery!

Stunning architecture. Beautiful views. Lovely people working there. We had a great tasting. Their wines are certainly well made.

Hall wines in st.Helena was an amazing experience.the winery has a metal sculpture of a giant rabbit out front.parking in the front and we checked in then went around to the back. There is a large indoor bar upstairs with access to the wine making area and larger tasting rooms but we were only three so we went to a sitting area on the first level. There were many people there as it is a large and happening place. We started out with a couple of white wines first which were indeed very nice and then proceeded to taste some reds.All of them tasted great. There were also some great bread sticks to munch on.the staff was friendly and attentive.the restrooms were kept clean as well. The grounds and vineyards were beautiful. I would recommend this as an excellent place to visit and do some wine tasting and buying if you make a trip to Napa valley.

Nice to sit in the beautiful gardens and sip a glass of their cabs (or whatever suits your fancy). There are also beautiful sculpture and landscape design. Elegance service and setting.

Hall is our favorite tasting experience in the valley, so much so that we became members a few years ago. Current wine tasting price is $60 for non members. We always have a great experience when we visit hall, no matter who is our host, the service is unparalleled to any other winery in the valley that we have been to. Our Favorite hosts are Joego and Ray, both are very well experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and always provide excellent customer service. While all the wines are excellent a couple of my favs are the Knights Valley Sauvignon Blanc, The Bergfeld and the diamond mountain cab. You cant go wrong with hall, it's always a pleasure visiting!

One of the most beautiful wineries we went to in Napa! The architecture is very modern, the grounds are tranquil and serene, and the tasting room was stunning views of their vineyard. If you are a lover of right angles and delicious wine, this winery is for you! Thwart have a great outdoor patio off of their tasting room and a great outdoor seating selection along the grass and their infinity edge fountain. We spent hours here just basking in the sun.

The wine tasting experience at facilities are excellent. Has was the staff. The staff was super friendly and engaging. I love that we could even try the now ripe berries. This review is not necessarily for the wine so. That's two individual.

I feel like Hall is where I want to go at the end of my wine tours and not have to worry about being judged for being too sleepy/silly/rambunctious. The chairs are perfect for kicking back and taking in the surrounding vineyards. Pours are very generous here and they are happy to give you a bit extra of a wine if you really like it. Taking a picture by the small infinity pool is a must and there are plenty of things to see as you walk around the perimeter. Guests are generally happy to be at a winery but I feel like people are especially happy while visiting Hall!

Ray was a great host. The tour he did was really informative filling us in on the family history in the area and with their wineries. He also included interesting discussion on the wine making process that Hall uses which makes them such great wines. Providing another reason to be grateful for gravity 😉👍🏻. We highly recommend Ray and his tour, the beautiful tasting room and wonderful wines.

Would highly recommend visiting this winery! Originally booked the Tour and Tasting but due to a car accident we were a bit behind schedule and unable to make the tour, however, the team at HALL Wines made sure my husband and I still enjoyed our time during our visit. For our tasting we were seated by JJ and hosted by Joego. While the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating, Joego really stood out - he was extremely personable, well educated on the wines and the history of the winery, and an overall awesome host!

Beautiful and interesting winery! There is art incorporated everywhere - even the bathrooms! Delicious wines and the cheese pairing was one of the best we had on our trip. Highly recommend checking this one out!

We dropped in last minute, unscheduled, without any reservation to Hall Winery, and absolutely loved our experience.

Having never tasted or visited Hall Wines, we dropped in on a whim and selected their basic Hallmark tasting. Usually $60, it was $40 on the weekdays. It was an amazing deal and Celeste, who welcomed us warmly, poured us 6 different healthy pours of Hall's amazing Cabs. Being new to their wines, Celeste guided us through their portfolio with enthusiasm and expert knowledge. She was friendly and intriguing, but also respectful of our space and encouraged us to walk around and enjoy the ground while enjoying each wine. It was the perfect balance of attentiveness, knowledge, and space that made for a perfect tasting. She also gave us some amazing food and entertainment recommendations for our trip! We absolutely loved our tasting and can't wait to recommend Hall wines and Celeste to all of our friends. Best bang for the Buck on our trip.
