Dr Ngo has been very good and the staff show great respect for their patient needs. I have been going to this dental practice long before Dr Ngo started and found him excellent. I have my daughter going there also.

All staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Getting your teeth cleaned can be physically aggravating, but I could have almost fell asleep at one point. Ok, that might be just a little exaggerated, but overall was relaxing, and not painful given the task at hand. I am always asked relevant questions to ascertain my dental health during appointments, an Dr Ngo always inspects the work of his technicians. I would suggest that you follow their advice to keep yourself in good health.

Dr. Ngo has been taking care of my entire family for over 20 years. We love him and his staff. Dr. Ngo is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I always ask him questions and he takes the time to give me thoughtful responses. I also love Tatum, my hygienist. She is wonderful, as well! We are so glad we found Dr. Ngo, and are grateful for his care, and that of his wonderful team of support staff.

I absolutely love Dr. Ngo and Tatum!!! I am so thankful that I have found this gem in Puyallup! ☺ From the front staff to everyone in the back, I’ve just felt so comfortable and at home! Their office is just beautiful with open windows and a relaxing view. They are so gentle, informative, and efficient. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit… which is something I’ve never thought I’d say! 😄

If you are afraid to go to a dentist, you must make an appointment with Dr. Ngo. He is professional, gentle, and considerate of your comfort. I hope he will always be my dentist. Dr. Ngo also has a wonderful and caring staff. I've been going to him well over 5 years and he is the best dentist I have ever had.

Dr. Ngo is an artist of his profession. He and his staff operate as a well-oiled machine, demonstrating immense mutual respect and enthusiasm for their work. He listens and is very careful about his practice, makes detailed notes for his patients and makes every effort to provide consistent care. If you mention a problem to him, he doesn't forget it or ignore it.

With children, he's calm and supportive, listens well and respects boundaries. My child asks if we can visit him more often when we pass his building driving.

He also provides extensive and comprehensive care for people with all kinds of dental problems. He treats all his patients with respect and compassion. I have called on him in emergencies and in off hours and he responds quickly.

Truly one of the best professionals I've met practicing, and I'm very happy with how he serves the community.

I am impressed with Dr. Kno and his staff. He is a friendly, thorough, and I believe to be a very tallented dentist who I can trust to do high quality conscientious dentalwork. His hygentist Tatum, who does my cleaning, is also very detailed, quality conscious, and friendly also. I would say from what I've seen that all of his staff seem to be very accommodating and pleasant and people who love where they work.

One of the most friendly and caring staff. They always make sure I am comfortable. So much so I almost fell asleep during my deep cleaning appointments. They inform me on how to take care of my teeth/mouth and warn me if I don’t do so. They set my expectations before, during, and after each of my appointments on how long the procedures would be. They will be my life long dental care and I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr.Ngo is an outstanding dentist and has my highest recommendation. I have been impressed with his thoughtful, gentle, effective, treatment, and more than once he has gone out of his way to quickly resolve dental emergencies for me. The guy is brilliant and you can trust him with your dental care.
