I’ve been going here for a few years for my cat meds and staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. This is definitely my preferred pharmacy.

just wanted to leave a review about a specific person; Ashley. She took my call about looking for a specific prescription and when they didn’t have it, went above and beyond to help me find it. i can’t even tell you how much i appreciate service like this.

Friendly and professional usually the wait time isn’t long

I'm an insulin-dependent diabetic and the staff here always makes sure that I get my insulin when I need it. They are so helpful and wonderful. Thank you

They are fast

I have never had any problems with staff, they are all quite friendly yet professional every time. When prescription is about to run out, they are willing to contact my doctor 30 in advance. They text me when prescriptions are ready for pick up.

The workers could use customer service training and just be kind. Being rude doesn't help anyone, especially people who are sick.

Very poor experience. I have been getting my medication here for the good part of 6 to 8 months with no issues either repeatedly gotten my script filled by calling and having them reach out to my doctor but now I'm being told that they cannot do this and that I have to go to my doctor to refill my script.

I was treated very rudely by the pharmacist because she refused to even look at my history and look at the medication that was being requested. There is a script on my file that the pharmacist needs to just Reach Out and confirm and then fill it.

After my next prescription is filled I will be closing my account and I will not be using this Pharmacy anymore

Customer service has significantly declined over the last several months, looking for a new pharmacy.

Humiliated at the pharmacy first by assistant who forwarded me to pickup blood pressure medication from another assistant because she don't realized that prescription was from a different doctor and its under different rules. She saw me coming back to get the pills and doesnot want to serving me and said somthing yo another assistant who did asked informations several times and id twice and,I had to get my husband back from the doorway who was already disappointed by the humiliation there 10 minutes earlier. Secondly I got stopped by the guard at the door who though I still something because I was in the hurry to reac for my husband to come back. I was try to call my husband back to verifying identity to pick up medication from the pharmacy after shopping. Guard stop me to check my purse what I left on the floor to him to take two more steps to the door to call my husband back. He try to force me out from the store with out my shopping cart which I left at the counter at the pharmacy with the items I already paid for.
I try to tell him I left my valet there too at the pharmacy's cashier and I need the shopping cart to hang on because my cane I left in the car and using the shopping cart to hang on for my safety.
He keep forced me out from the store don't listen none of what I said to him.

I live 38 years in this state I never had rude service ever like today

I was unable to get my prescription because it was not in stock. The person on the phone said it was due to the holiday and orders were late coming in. He then he stated it was not their fault. When I asked why they did not order better knowing it was a holiday he had no response. I will now be without my medicine for over 24 hours because this is an electronic prescription that cannot be transferred. This is not the first issue I've had with this pharmacy just another in a long list.
