Newells Mobile City

A nice mobile home community with friendly staff and owners. The community itself is very friendly and has a members-only pool, dog park, playground, walking trails, storage lot, and recreational hall. Overall a nice place to live with competitive prices for lots.

I came to visit my friends who live here and there house was really nice and so was the surrounding houses. Most people had Christmas decorations up and so made it feel like a winter wonderland at night. The cold helped to improve the effect. lol All in all, this area is really nice and I recommend it.

Great long established business and community. Clean and all units are privately owned. Great for families. Pool, laundry, clubhouse.

Both seller and buyer are extremely frustrated with the owner/management here. My buyers have 800 plus credit scores, been with their job for years, plenty of income and can not get an approval for this park. The seller's home has been on the market for almost a year due to no one being able to pass the park requirements. I do not recommend buying here as you'll waste time and money on inspections, application fees, etc.

This park owner is a horrible business person. I keep getting denied after giving them everything they have asked for wasted my time and money. Avoid this place unless you like wasting time and money.
