Although Kaizer messed up and sent my infants prescription to SACRAMENTO, instead of Napa, their team stayed after hours to ensure she got what she needed. A warm moment that deserves recognition.

This Walgreens is great. Staff are very nice and quick. My prescription was ready in 15 minutes as promised and off the door to my Dr. appointment that day. I'll definitely be back here again.

Excellent pharmacy service that went well above expectations. I was traveling when notified that a new Rx was ready at the Walgreens near my house 250 miles away. We were entering Napa and I called the pharmacy to see if they could fill the Rx. I explained that we were passing through Napa to another destination. They had the Rx ready when we arrived about 10-15 minutes later!!

Large store that's well-stocked, we were there pretty late in the evening (9pm) so there was no line. The staff was courteous and friendly, and the store was clean and organized.

I use Walgreens all the time. I like this pharmacy.

customer service is always prompt and helpful. wish they had more help at the pharmacy sometimes but what can you do. waits are never longer than they need to be. nick with the ponytail is an especially kind presence.

Not a bad Walgreens. Clean, large, quick/efficient. I can't say I'm a Walgreens expert, but this one seems like one of the better locations.

Non working customer restrooms!!

I’m home, really sick with Covid so placed an order online for delivery. I left room for substitutions with each item because I know what a hassle that can be if you don’t. Two of the items I needed most in my order were deleted. Even though they were listed as available in the app, I received a message saying they were not. I tried calling my delivery person, I tried calling the store, I tried calling the corporate number and I tried the chat function. I could not make any contact. Then when the delivery person arrived they wanted my ID for the 12 ounce bottle of NyQuil that I bought. I’m 63 years old - pretty sure anyone with eyes could tell I’m over 21. Then he wanted me to sign the screen on his phone for the item. I kept trying to explain that I have Covid and he shouldn’t be anywhere near me but the delivery person didn’t speak English. What a really fun experience this has been! Horrible customer service! Definitely will not be using Walgreens again!!
*** Note - I ended up ordering the rest of what I needed from CVS through Instacart. They actually check with you when they have to make substitutions so nothing gets left out of your order. I will always use them in the future.
