Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Best experience I've ever had at any Cafe Rio.
Visiting St George for the weekend and came here for dinner. The dude making the orders at 9pm was amazing at making every dish look impeccable!!

The crew worked fast and we were sitting with our food in less than 10 minutes with such a big crowd.

Cafe Rio has delicious Mexican food. The burritos are huge. The ingredients is very fresh. The service is great. You do have to walk through a line to order your food. The line usually moves very quick. You pick the ingredients you want and they make it right in front of you. I highly recommend giving Cafe Rio a try.

It’s nice to feel confident about the place you’re picking for dinner, cafe Rio locations can be pretty hit or miss in my experience. After 3 visits to this location I can say this is a good location. They have a good flow so the orders don’t take so long, I even saw someone working specifically on online orders separate from the line walk-in customers were in. The cashier was charismatic and had good humor, I got the sense it may have been a shift lead/manager I spoke to. Regardless he was very professional and I appreciate their efforts for customer satisfaction.

Aaron came and talked to my table! He was so sweet and had great customer service! He offered to take our tray once we were done as well. Great food!

The Pollo Asado salad was super delicious! A staff member named Aaron was particularly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Great Texmex style Mexican food. One gentleman working the food service line was amazingly polite. The others were indifferent. I will post a picture of the one Cafe Rio employee who is worthy of praise.

It was after Thanksgiving and they were busy in line but take was available. A pleasant gentleman took my order for the black Friday deal for gift cards. He was efficient and all went smoothly.
We jumped in line and ordered food. Someone in front of us had a written list, perhaps take-out would have been a better fit for her, but the staff served her well and seemed efficient.
Something happened with my order, the details aren't important other than it was a misunderstanding on my expectations and all things being busy.
At first I wasn't gonna say anything, but then I went back and spoke with the guy at take out. I must have seemed more upset than I intended. I had a bad headache and had been traveling. So maybe I had angry face or something.
I just want to say thank you to the guy at take out. He essentially asked what he could do to make me happy. And even while I was thinking and answering, he did some things to make it right and more than that just made a great effort. And I can only thank him for being gracious, helpful and generous.
This was Friday after Thanksgiving. If you're a manager and try to identify him. I'm sorry, don't remember his name.
So first of all, I really enjoy their food. We eat there often as a family and I'm glad I picked up the gift cards.
Thank you for the staff member who took a situation that could have made me sad and bummed but turned it around and made it positive, happy and above and beyond if anything.

i got delivery and everything was packaged so nicely even the utensils were wrapped with napkins and a mint inside!! i love that idea, it is so cute!!!!

Very delicious! I've gone there several times and the food is always fast, fresh, and delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient. It's a pretty good amount of food for the price.

Super busy but didn’t wait long. Food was amazing. Love the sweet pork burrito. Staff was slammed and seemed a little stressed but the gentleman in the lobby was so nice and helpful.

Food and staff are consistently AMAZING. Staff is friendly and helpful, while also efficient. I always observe each individual working hard. I either get a sweet pork salad or sweet pork quesadilla and they are both fantastic. Chips and queso is so good as well! If you’re looking for good Tex Mex… this is the place!

The employees were friendly and nice! I want to give a shout out to Aaron! :) He came over and offered my friends and I drinks. He went above and beyond to serve us!

Ordered the sweet pork salad, chicken salad, sweet pork quesadilla and of course the delicious queso chips and salsa. All meals were made to perfection and had each of our add-ons just like we ordered online.

They have an employee there by the name of Aaron, that keeps the restaurant exceptionally clean and even refills our drinks. We come back because of the service of this great employee.

Aaron made this visit the absolute best!! He kept filling up our drinks and was so friendly and amazing. Best experience we’ve ever had thanks to Aaron!

I am visiting my sister from Florida and Cafe Rio lunch trip was on my must list! Love Cafe rio as I used to live in Utah. Ray was so nice and friendly! Highly recommended!

You can't go wrong here!!! Aways have to stop from out of state. ❤ Steak salad then made into a burrito and need to have the cilantro lime ranch. Oh and those nachos wow loaded. Come hungry.
