Hygienist Shelly is the absolute best! I have very sensitive teeth and used to avoid going to the dentist but now I go every 6 months without fear (thanks Shelly). She is very gentle and you can tell that she truly cares about you and your teeth! The dentists are also great. Thanks 6th Ave Dental Care for getting me back on track for routine dental maintenance!

Dr. Osborn is patient, kind, prompt, empathetic and does exceptional dental work. Goes above and beyond explaining in detail-your procedure and what to expect. Dr. Hannula chose an amazing successor when he retired. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Osborn and Shelly the Dental Hygienist.

The hygienists is the best! She knows her work well; had attention to detail, and is friendly! I've been seeing her for a total of about 20 years!

The Dentist is sensitive when he has to do any work that may be a bit uncomfortable for me and is as gentle as possible! The best dentist!

I went in for a root canal and new crown. I was really not looking forward to it , but my fears were unfounded. Dr Butchcoe was awesome! Not that I would want another one anytime soon, but if I need one, I won’t be that concerned !!

Shelley Miller is an excellent Dental Hygienist. Didnt miss anything and is session much more thorough than most hygienist. Feel like I have a new set of teeth when she gets done!

My first crown placement by Dr Jeff Osborn today was a thoroughly satisfying experience. I approached the office with some trepidation, knowing that part of the procedure was to "saw off" the previous prior old crown at the stump. "Well, here goes" I muttered as I walked in the door. I was promptly placed at ease by his assisstant, Michelle, who explained how things would unfold. Osborn himself was totally alert, personally attentive, and exuded competence throughout the visit. Every question and request I had was answered. I feel now that this morning I have been in the hands of experts.

I love Shelly. She is a very good hygienist, and is very nice person. Everyone at 6th Ave Dental is very nice.

My experience and results from today's dental work are a 5 star. Dr. Osborn is a kind and personable professional. I had a crown replacement, and it was an easy process, at least for me! I have the prettiest crown in mouth. It fit perfectly and matches my other teeth. Dr. Osborn is the best.

Can’t say enough about these guys. Dr Osborn is professional and efficient and got my teeth cleaned and patched up in less than an hour. The staff are friendly and wonderful. Dr Osborn even personally called to follow up after having my cavities filled. Great group I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Its just a great staff. They all treat me like they’ve known me for years and it makes the visit a sweet experience. For a dental office, that speaks volumes to how awesome they all are!!!

Always great care by staff here. My dentl dental hygienist has done my teeth cleanings for decades. The care at this office has remained top notch after my dentist (who opened this office) retired a few years back. I can give my highest recommendation.

I genuinely hate going to the dentist but the team here has been great. Relaxing environment, they communicate really well, and quality of care is great.
Never felt like they are pushing unnecessary treatment and the prices are affordable.
