I Love this Pharmacy

I've had many other Pharmacies mess up prescriptions and I'd suffer greatly without til worked out. I've only had it happen once at bartells where they didn't tell me they switch my med to a generic and when I got home I took it and got horribly sick from allergic reaction. I called them and they said they'd exchange it. Not only this they fought my insurance hard for hours to get my meds approved. They made everything work out. I have suffered many times from other Pharmacies not willing to battle for me but I have been battling celiac disease, Celiac Artery Stenosis Disease and am hypersensitive to same reaction as gluten to fillers or overly processed stuff so the staff really went all out to help me. I wanted to acknowledged how hard they work. Alexia and Reilly are Amazing!!! Whole crew is!!!

I'd be in the hospital if it wasn't for them fighting for me. I have internal bleeding and need emergency surgery! Thanks staff!!!

I won't go anywhere else!!!

This is an unbiased review even though my wife works there. I enjoy shopping here. The store is always very clean and well-stocked. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is no exception. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and accommodating. They keep track of your immunizations and let you know when you are due for another. I hope that the customer service attitude that Bartell employees have now is carried over when RiteAid completes their acquisition.

Incredibly friendly and helpful team at this location, I’m always surprised by some of the price points on items you just wouldn’t expect to get at a drug store. My experience today with the Pharmacy, after being turned away from another one nearby, was superb. Quick and knowledgeable, I got my flu vaccine same day without having an appointment. Won’t try anywhere else in the future, Bartells gal all the way.

I have been driving clear across town to pick up prescriptions for over 10 years and sadly I had to transfer everything closer to home. I'm giving everyone there a 5 star rating. Yeah sometimes it can be a bit of a wait. But I just wander around the store if my health allows me too. Using the drive-thru is much more convenient though. All the employees are always smiling and willing to help. I'm hoping I get the same kind of service at my new pharmacy.

The staff at this drugstore just rock. Especially in this crazy time a sense of community is worth so much and that's what I find at this establishment. Everyone seems genuinely happy to see you, the pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they remember your individual situation. I love doing business there.

I came in here one time and was impressed with the artisanal import water section, it was so much better than Walgreens. I got my flu shot at bartells, but at a different location. That experience went ok. I like this chain a lot, I just wish it didn’t smell old inside.

As a service industry worker, it means a great deal to me to receive quality customer service when I am shopping. So far, all of my experiences with this Bartells pharmacy location have exceeded my expectations and they have earned my loyalty as a customer.

This is your neighborhood drug store! If you have been here a few times you have most likely met Nick, the most helpful and kind cashier in the universe. He cheerfully says hello to everyone and remembers everyone and even remembers your favorite treats! He will show you whats on sale or hand you something new to try. He cares about people and it shows. Every store, every pharmacy, every place needs a Nick. Love the deals at this Bartells too and they have a pretty great selection of toys, food and seasonal items. Pharmacy staff has always been so great and it's my preferred place to pick up my meds. This 6th ave Bartells is our family favorite!

I met a person from OfferUp here. I appreciate your well lit parking lot. I wish I could have gone in but was in a very big hurry. I am curious if you sell Ipecac syrup. I can't find it anywhere and it comes in handy with pets that swallow anything that hits the ground. Including medication. I will definitely come in for a more thorough review if you carry the syrup. There’s this wonderful guy that works here, and I feel so bad, I don’t know his name, but he’s worked there for quite a long time. He gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Just super personable & brought a smile to my day. If I learn his name, I’ll edit this review, but if you’ve ever been to Bartells on 6th, you know who I’m taking about! Thanks for the Mountain bars recommendation!

I use Bartells for everyday stuff rather than prescriptions, and love that the place is small enough and uncluttered enough that I can find my needs and go; that they have a number of my staples (including local brands) in regular rotation on offer; and that the customer services is consistently good. An asset to my neighborhood.

Sorry that Brun Jenkins had such a bad experience . I love Bartell's and look forward to going there. I go there enough that they know my name. The staff are all really friendly. It reminds me of the old time pharmacies. Of course I always go in as you might never know what little goody you might find!

When I lived in the area, I shopped here almost weekly! Their variety of products was awesome, reasonable prices, as well as friendly staff. When in town, I still stop in to browse and check out what is new!

These folks are always friendly. It has a very hometown appeal. And, they sell some locally made items which I love (candy, soups, dried salmon, crackers, coffee, all local).

Was hoping for a grilled Reuben sammich and couldn’t find one, but one of the male employees was the nicest person ever. And he knew quite a bit about Credit/Debit transactions.

This is a nice larger store. Clean and pricing is reasonable. Friendly staff out front and in pharmacy.
