Dr. Patel and the staff are excellent. They had me feeling relaxed and in secure hands. The manager had the perfect game plan for me to get braces. I went in feeling nervous, and left feeling excited for my future smile .

My experience from the very beginning with Miriam to being do blessed having Dr. KALLAOS and his staff is off the charts. I researched several locations to take care of my dental implant. They knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t be happier they restored my faith in the dentistry industry.

Really nice office staff and good dentist. I had a filling and cleaning done. Both were done pretty painlessly and efficiently. Nice to have them so close to my house.

WOW! Literally one of the best dentists I have been to. I am a very big scaredy cat when it comes to the dentists but this clinic really took my worry away from me. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and the staff are super friendly. It felt as if I was a lifelong client (which I 100% will be after this visit)! The dentist and hygienists I saw were gentle, nice, and informative. I asked a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I recommend this dentist 100%!

Gentle Dental Brea Review:

Let me start by saying that I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. I have been traumatized and horrified with previous visits at OTHER dental offices which kept me from going regularly.

I knew I had to go since it’s been quite some time since my last dental visit— and I am SO happy that I decided to come to Gentle Dental in Brea. The entire staff was nothing short of amazing!

On the night before my appointment (mind you, it was a Sunday), I got a text saying they had a water leak, so I would have to reschedule my 9am appointment the following morning. I thought “oh boy here we go, have to come another day” but nope. They re-scheduled me as soon as their leak was fixed on the same day as my original appointment at 2pm. They are on top of their scheduling and very efficient.

Tommy (Reception) - was quick, friendly, competent and productive, while answering ALL my questions and simultaneously being on the phone. Talk about master multi-tasker! Great at his job and was happy to do it!

Miriam (Billing/Reception) - was really straightforward and great at explaining next steps along with pricing. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed but she made dental jargon easy for me to understand and was overall just very helpful and sweet!

Dominic (Dental Assistant) - Wow! Talk about some of the best vibes and energy I’ve ever come across in any medical setting! Like I mentioned earlier, I am absolutely traumatized from past dental visits. Dominic really knew how to keep me calm every step of the way, whether he was singing, making a joke, or distracting me when need be. He is an absolute gem and this dental office is VERY lucky to have him!

Lisa (Dental Hygienist) - What an amazing, kind, and funny woman. She did my cleaning so quickly— and the entire experience was very different (in a good way!) than any other I’ve ever had before. She was cracking jokes and laughing the entire time. Plus she checked on me multiple times throughout my cleaning to make sure I was doing okay, which I really appreciated. Such a cool chick!

Dr. Malak (Dentist) - quick, calm, honest, and very sweet. She explained everything to me in layman’s terms. She never rushed, nor tried to upsell me on anything that wasn’t necessary, which speaks volumes of her character. I know plenty of medical professionals who will try to upsell you on anything just to make a quick buck— and Dr. Malak is NOT one of those.

I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, and empathy I received here. Overall this office has THE BEST positive vibes and energy! Definitely recommend for anyone that is afraid of dental visits or just anyone in general who needs to go. 10/10 and will definitely be back here! Thank you Gentle Dental Brea staff for everything!

I had a cleaning & replacement of 2 old fillings done the other day and it was an overall great experience! Front desk was good. Dr Malak did a great job, she was patient and made sure to explain everything I needed to know. Hygenist Dominic was also great and kept it fun which was a very nice distraction from the sometimes not so fun dental work. I'll be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Everyone at Gentle Dental is really nice and friendly.. especially the hygienist Lisa 👑. She is very knowledgeable and does a very thorough cleaning. This is the place you want to go for all your dental needs:)

I came in the morning for my routinely check-up and a cleaning, and the girl at the front desk helped me immediately. After waiting a short while, I had my x-rays taken with no trouble or pain at all. For my check-up, the doctor was very nice and patient, especially with my wisdom teeth concerns. For my cleaning, however, the dental hygienist, Vivian, was incredibly gentle and thorough - I left the office satisfied with my stain-free teeth! Can't wait to come back for another cleaning; I hate visiting the dentist, but her passion for her work and the tangible satisfactory results make it all worth it.

Dr. Zobaer was efficient and got into detail about what I needed to do to keep up with my oral health. Lisa the hygienist was great! My teeth feel amazing!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

The office is very welcoming. The whole staff was very understanding and very willing to help in every way possible. Staffing Jamie, Doc.. and secretary have been the best.. people... especially Jamie for helping me out with understanding my insurance. The place is clean and dose practice social distancing. Thank you all!!..

Scheduling an appointment was simple (via phone call w/ Veronica). Arrived and was greeted by staff. Veronica assisted me personally, explained paperwork and procedures performed during my visit. Jessica performed my X-Rays, check-up and cleaned my teeth. Jessica was gentle and efficient. If you can select someone to clean your teeth ask for Jessica. Dr. Came and explained my options for my follow up procedures. Establishment is clean and follow Covid-19 Safety Precautions (cleaning all gear and equipment). Highly recommended to all!

I have NEVER been to a better dentist. There is not a single thing that stands out for me to compliment them on. It was everything they did! Dr. Jeong Kim is exceptionally amazing. He explains the situation, the procedure he is going to do, and why it needs to be done. This was all said to where I was able to completely understand everything. Dr. Jeong's assistant and the X-ray technician were all part of the wonderfulness. I had such great service from these 3 individuals. They are genuinely kind, caring and most important, they are all extremely knowledgeable in their field. I do not know how to put the reason why my experience at Gentle Dental was so great into words. I do know that I will be recommending this office to everyone from here on out. Thank You again Dr. Kim. You are the BEST!!

WOW, love this place. TBH I hate going to the dentist or anything related to my mouth. But this place is amazing, their staff is so nice and caring. Especially their Dental Hygienist, Vivian Le. She really knows what she is doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time when I was in her chair. She could tell I was very nervous about being at the dentist, but she was tentative during the process and talked to me the whole time and explained everything she was doing to help keep me calm. I am coming back here every 4 months for a teeth cleaning from now on! I still hate going to the dentist, but I really enjoy coming to the Dental Hygienist Vivian Le now. :)

Dr. Lehman and his staff are the reason I still come back to this dental office after I moved 45 mins away. Dr. Lehman is knowledgeable and patient, explains to me before any procedures. He likes to think in his patients' best interest. Highly recommended.

Very good service and wait time was efficient. They are very nice.

Dr. Lehman is so nice and gentle. He is always considerate and his bedside manner top notch. He does not say what your haven't done he just looks forward to get you started with the work you need done. His goal is for your teeth to feel better.

Thought I I would give this place one more try as they have a new doctor and dental hygienist and I’m glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was very friendly and I had the best cleaning ever done by Yasman! I’m a fan again and will definitely recommend this office to friends and family!

I highly recommend Gentle Dental in Brea. Dr. Lehman and his assistant Manny are both very knowledgeable and personable. They explain everything that is happening and they truly live up to their name of “gental dentistry.”

The are friendly, have always been on time for me and the entire staff is very competent. Overall a good experience, even for a Dentist Office.
