Came down from San Francisco, for a wedding. I forgot my white dress shirt. Went to Burlington and Ross but man... Their stock is lacking. They had nothing in my size. Really went there cause I didn't want to spend a lot of money (since I already had one)... We go to JCPenney often, so we decided to go there. Went to the men's dress section and right away we were greeted by Norma. When I tell you she was help, I mean it! She was with us the entire time. I thought I had the right size but she said I think your arms are longer. She was spot on. She had me try on 2 different shirts, so I can see which arm size I like best. Then she went and got a white one in a package. Tried it on and it was perfect. Thank you very much, Norma!

I love this JC penny in Brea Mall. They have super cute and cheap dress jewelry, and I also got a few mummy and me dresses for my toddler and I. My only thing is I didn't see a lot of customer service reps easily available, but when you did get someone, they are friendly and very professional!

Good place, always find clothes for kids! Back to school, hard times right now financially,jcpenney always has good prices for low income families! Thanks jcpenney!!

I was so impressed by this j c Penny's. I was looking for a dress and had such an amazing experience!. The store was so clean and very well stocked and so many things to choose from and the dresses were in size order.( This is a rarity by my experience, these days). The staff was attentive and very personable. Everytime I tried on a new dress it was put back almost immediately! I am so glad I went here. If you want a good old fashion retail shopping trip, this is the place. Thank you to everyone in the dress department, for being so awesome.

Always have great selections, displays look good and a desire to buy. Clerks always ♥ try to please.

Employees were helpful. Found what I wanted at a decent price. Lots on sale. Only problem was not enough employees, but they had hiring signs out. Same problem lots of businesses have. When the government makes it more profitable to have people not work, lots of potential employees take advantage of that and refuse work.

Great deals and love the coupons. I'm having a problem with your app. I've tried to order from it several times and it doesn't work. Very disappointing.

Items to pick up were ready.

David Martinez on the Home and Matress department today was amazing. Not only was he courteous and well informed but we made a large purchase today. We told ourselves that we were going to mattress shop this week. Today was our first day checking them out and we bought our mattress within the first hour because David was just that good. Nearly $6k, but he made it painless. He has management written all over him.

Store was good, just could not find enough shoes in my size 6.5, but I still left with 3 pair of shoes and jewelry!!

We found very cute back to school clothes for my teen, and everything was on sale. Score! The associates were very sweet, especially Autumn. And my son's shoes came in early, exactly as ordered.

Fantastic, no waiting. Our photographer, Daisy, was phenomenal. Great poses, backgrounds and cute props. Our past
experiences at the local Picture People were never this good. I was thrilled with her patience and flexibility.
