Today target customer service was beyond my expectations. Grant who was helping me feel safe when a random guy was following me and make me uncomfortable in the store. Grant even walk me to my car when I finished check out. I still feel little shaken up by the incident. Very appreciated Grant for helping this customer feels safe in the store and in the parking lot.Thank You all the people who work there as well.

We bought a 65 inch TV and the store associates were super helpful! They helped us carry all the way to our car and lend us a hand to put into our trunk! Never expected this service level. Much better than Walmart and thumbs up to the people working here! They showed how customer service should be done. Strongly recommend this Target!

A very good place, there are more clothes for children. There are a lot of milk powder and diapers for infants and young children. A lot of good household items. There are various coffee pots and coffee drinks. Children have a lot of school supplies and stationery during the school season, and a lot of holiday supplies during holidays, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. There is a pharmacy inside where you can buy your favorite medicines, and the kitchen supplies area is very delicate and practical, and the kitchen utensils are very complete. There are also more toys for children, some for babies and some for children. I often go there to buy things.However, many products have been sold out recently, and the staff said that the holiday shopping is too crazy!

Only, the Denizen Levi’s gray shorts that I wanted, which was of good quality at $26.46 + tax $29.46 was already out of stock and nothing to replace this pair of shorts. I liked it. Good quality. Can I possibly have it for free or at a least at a reasonable price? Thank you.

Clean location, friendly staff, drive up service is fairly quick. Customer service line can get long at times and expect a wait time.

The employees here are always kind, helpful, smiling, and phenomenal with helping. It’s also the cleanest and most organized Target I’ve been to. I only shop at this target store. Not the biggest store but definitely one of the more clean and organized stores. The employees and managers always know how to help and excel at what they do. I have never been dissatisfied with any trip I’ve made here and I go here for anything and everything I need. Keep it up everybody, we appreciate you all.

Everyone is so helpful. Most of the time I come in at 8 am right when you open so everyone is busy stocking and getting everything ready, but no matter what they are doing I always get a hello, good morning, and may I help you find something you are looking for. I love every single person that works in this store. It is always nice to get a smile and a greeting from people. Not everyone in this world will take the time. You have a great staff here....

I looked up reviews on Yelp and saw this place got 2 stars. Well, we had to return Christmas lights that we bought from the Burbank target. My husband was able to find the other lights we were looking for at this location. So when we did an exchange, they price matched the purchase to the prices at Burbank because it was lower. Their employees were very helpful and engaging, which is a plus for their customer service. The store was also very neat and clean.

Melissa was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When she told me I had to wait in returns, I really didn't mind. It was busy and I was trying to price match a keyboard. She then got the attention of her supervisor, and asked. Not only did they price match they were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the kindness, and I don't have to wait like I would if I ordered it online for that price. Class act through and through! Thank you so much!

The two team members recommendations on how to use the target app. especially the girl who was putting the items I purchased in the bags. She was even influencing the cashier to show me how to use the app. High five for both of them. I do apologize for not get her name. Excellent Customer Service.

Ordered a last minute gift online as they had inventory Item in stock and ready as promised online. While other big box stores claimed they offer the same, they could not deliver nor have it ready for pickup the next day. Target was amazing - their online inventory said they had it in stock and would have it ready the next day. Promise delivered. A+ for their inventory control and delivery.

The front end management is always so helpful and knowledgeable. All team members were friendly and the store was very clean.

there is a new manager at this location, I normally visit this location a few times a month and this manager has been around for a bit but still new. HE IS AMAZING!!! His energy, positivity, friendliness, and customer service is beyond any I have ever witness- and never any different! I have witness people being rude to him in the past that had nothing to do with him and he remains professional and friendly every time. his energy has spread to his team!!! he needs to be recognized, I wish I knew his name but he is a manager, black, tall and again amazing personality! as long as he is here, I will recommend this place to everyone!
