Been there multiple times, they offer good UPS drop off service, photo printing, and of course prescriptions.
Store is very clean and employees are always very friendly.

We go here all the time and we have two little kids that are constantly sick. They have been great with expediting prescriptions when we are going from the doctor to home.

This is a relatively new store in Brea. It's always clean and well stocked. The pharmacy staff are very friendly and quick. It's next to a Coffee Bean store which is a great plus if you want to kill 2 birds with 1 stone 😀

After a weird experience with the manager here at one time (cannot remember his name but think it was something like "Luis"?), I no longer feel comfortable shopping here despite it being so close to my home. I had come in one particular afternoon to pick up some hygiene products - body wash, toothpaste, some deodorant, and pads - and as usual I had my little reusable shopping bag with me so I don't have to use the carts. I remember the manager walking up to me very aggressively and staring at me like I was doing something horrific, and the whole time I was in the store he proceeded to follow me around like an absolute maniac, huffing and puffing, red in the face, and continually asking me if I was "doing okay". I was so focused on shopping that it didn't occur to me until I had gotten to the register and there he was AGAIN, babbling his head off and suddenly being super friendly, that he had likely assumed I was shoplifting due to my ethnicity and thought I really was going to run off with some toothpaste and body wash because of course someone like me would do that. I know someone is probably going to read this and roll their eyes assuming I am just complaining for no reason or being "sensitive", but it was honestly an humiliating experience because I've noticed an increase in these kinds of incidences occuring again in Brea, including people not acknowledging me when I go into certain stores or treating me differently, that had stopped happening for a long time. I grew up out here and these kinds of things used to happen years back and then largely tapered off over time. I understand shoplifting is an issue and have dealt with my fair share of runners whenever I've worked customer service, but being blatant about it to the point you're actively stalking people in the store is just ignorant and dangerous, especially with the current climate. And for the record, I've never had this happen to me at any other CVS I've been to in the area, so I know I wasn't imagining things as I've always been on edge ever since that happened.

Some of the most appalling service I have ever received . I called in a prescription for my minor child , spoke with Anna the pharmacy manager . She was unable to find my child’s prescription. She told me “that I had never been to that CVS pharmacy and that I was confused over and over .”
She then proceeded to tell me that I went to the pharmacy in Yorba Linda when I live approximately 15 miles away from the pharmacy. I told her that I had been to the 390 N Brea location many times and filled my child’s and my prescription there, too.
She yelled at me , spoke over me , and was completely rude and unprofessional. After over 10 minutes on the phone come to find out someone had crossed my daughter’s profile with another child .
The other profile had the same birthday date and my address , but completely wrong name of the child . Sure enough, like I had been trying to explain to Anna when she finally found the correct profile for my child ; she could see that there was indeed two prescriptions for my child. Additionally, the prescriptions had been filled multiple times at that location . After arguing with me further and not willing to say there was any error that had occurred , she hung the phone up on me .

I had to call the corporate customer service number to get a resolution and find out if my prescription was ever filled .
Anna has zero customer service skills and it is astonishing that she is the manager . She should not be in charge of anyone until she is able to get her own emotions under control .

Zero stars ! I will say the customer relations person I spoke with was very helpful and apologetic for Anna’s despicable behavior .

Ok CVS you’re charging me $6.45 when other retailers charge 3.45. That’s paying for a quantity of two and only getting one ! And the national ratail rate of price is as stated $3.45. And I’m cvs care pass customer who gets charged a monthly fee yet I see no reason to purchase from a retailer who double charges me for each item.

Rarely any employees. Recently needed a Manager help. She didn't even know proper use of register and coupon usage.

Not told that I had no refills when I called in for a prescription refill. Was told it would be ready by 3:00 pm. Went to pick it up more than 10 days later. First person told me I had no refills. Neil the pharmacist told me they not only were out of stock and had to order it but that I had refills available (complete contradiction). I asked the Pharmacist Neil to report my complaint on the broken refill system and for a copy of his correspondence to CVS. He said he could not copy me on it because it was internal only.
Refill call in system will stay broken.
