Modani Furniture Paramus

Modani Furniture is absolutely the best place to buy high quality furniture at a great price. I have been to 8 different furniture stores, including big name brands, and I have to say none of them stood out to me like Modani. My experience with Mateo Mislov has been excellent. He was extremely helpful, patient, and advised us on different styles my wife and I were looking for in our new home. When we hit a little road bump on the delivery, Mateo was prompt, professional, and went out of his way to met our needs. He is absolutely the kindest and most professional salesman we encountered in any furniture store. We bought the Thompson sofa and the Nava dining table here. They are both aesthetic and practical. The sofa has to be the softest and highest quality leather sofa I ever sat on. I highly encourage all buyers to give this store a try. You will not regret it!

My husband & I purchased several large pieces of furniture from Modani when we recently moved.
Before making our purchase, we visited the store several times and each time we were greetly warmly by the salespeople.
When we finally made our purchase, Ashley was very knowledgeable & helpful.
The in-stock pieces arrived in 2 weeks and the white-glove service/men were great.
We did have a small tear on a corner of our new sofa but I was able to make a claim very easily by text and Jenece from customer support took care of the issue right away in a satisfying manner.
The damaged sofa is upsetting, especially for something so costly, but everyone I worked with were great & the furniture are really beautiful.

My experience working with Modani has been great. Our initial order was not exactly what we had hoped for due to some damaged chairs but the customer service received from Gary was outstanding. He explained what needed to be done and made it very simple. We worked with Glen to purchase new chairs which worked out great. Gary set up the return for our original chairs. We are very happy with our purchase through Modani.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Modani and with my furniture. I recently moved from Bergen County to Monmouth County, I refurnished 3 rooms with Modani (living room, dining room and bedroom), and even an hour away, they handled my entire project excellently. Ricardo was great and helped me track down the dining room table I wanted all the way to Texas. Since I was remodeling the house, they were kind enough to hold my delivery until the day I finally needed it and everything went off without incident.

I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

In the spring, I need backyard and patio furniture and I know the first stop I am making.

I recently bought a dining room set and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the product and customer service. Glenn immediately began helping me when I arrived, but wasn’t pushy like a lot of sales reps that cling to you and keep trying to upsell you. You can immediately tell the difference in quality of their merchandise versus Wayfair or Amazon. They told me delivery would be in 2-3 weeks, I received it in 10 days!

I received an outdoor dining set. Everything, but one chair, was in perfect conditions. I reached out to customer service for a replacement of that chair and I was quickly greeted by Jenece who took care of the issue promptly by submitting a claim for the replacement. Very happy with Modani.

Where to begin... First off...I hate furniture shopping, but this had to be my best buying experience ever! Beautiful furniture, friendly and helpful staff, no pressure approach. I can't say enough complimentary things about my salesman James , manager David and the company as a whole. If you are looking for all around quality at great prices... this is the place!

I visit Modani at the Paramus location and gentlemen Glenn Buckner greeted me. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I recommend everyone they come see him. Me and my wife did not make a purchase that day but we have plans to make purchase in the future. Glenn is definitely the guy to go to.

Glenn Buckner was my design consultant and helped me and my fiancé find a sectional for our home. He went above and beyond for us and even got our item to be delivered before the date we needed it by. Very professional and customer service was perfect. Make sure to ask for Glenn!!

I received some new furniture recently from Modani. Unfortunately there were some issues with my new recliner sofas. I contacted the customer service department, and dealt with Jenece. She has been extremely helpful and reliable to deal with. She’s working with me to rectify the unfortunate situation.

I’d like to thank James Brown and Diego Garcia at the West Palm Beach store for their amazing customer service. I had a very pleasant shopping experience each time I visited the store before I made the final purchase — well worth the 50-mile drive each way.
I purchased a TV stand, two cool end tables, and a bench all delivered to my home. When the delivery men began to assemble the TV stand, they noticed a defect and immediately showed me. We contacted James and Diego and they took over from there; two days later, a perfect TV stand was delivered.
I love the furniture and appreciate the consistent, great service throughout the process. Thanks again.

I purchased a lounge chair and the headrest was damaged when I went to use it a couple of days later. I sent Barbara from customer service a photo and she immediately arranged for a replacement. Because of her professionalism and outstanding service I will be back to modani for my dining room set.

We liked the bed that we got, but it got damaged while assembling. The support was quick to file claim and offer resolution. Jenece was really helpful and prompt with response.

I walked in the showroom and was greeted by a pleasant salesperson Glenn Buckner I wanted to just look around and he gave me my space. He checked up on me from time to time, which I appreciated and showed me some nice dining room tables and a beautiful bedroom set, I’ll bring my designer with me and make a purchase.
