Very nice shopping experience in ridgewood

The store is the proper size, and everything is well arranged inside. The store is less crowded, making it easier for you to shop.
Excellent grocery store. Fresh fruits and veggies are available.

Pharmacy is upstairs

My family and I’ve been shopping for a quiet while in this store and it is meeting our expectations and the staff is nice. I also like food collections and they ways how the shop supports money collection to different funds. Self checkout is great. The only thing is I wish the lights are turned off on the parking throughout the day (there is no need in them).

This place is clean and has everything you are looking for. There seafood is really good and there, seafood manager Ziggy is really helpful and polite. I went in there this week to buy my seafood an I was looking for the manager Ziggy he wasn't there. They need to have him come back. He is hard working and knows his department. He is very helpful and is a great guy. I guess I need to go somewhere else to buy my seafood. I only like dealing with him.

I love this store so much. It’s a great store to go to. The people here is great and can help you with your new to the area. They even have a coin star. Which is really great when I have some left over change. 😁

The food store is like any other food store just like shoprite or anything but the pharmacy is amazing. The head pharmacist is the nicest guy in the world and everything is always ready and if something gets delayed they call or text you. If it gets delayed it's usually because my doctor forgot to call it in or because my doctor called in something wrong but it's just very nice to deal with them and it looks very clean behind the pharmacy counter. I got my flu shot there and they took us within 10 minutes of getting there. I got vaccines at other places and you have to wait a 1/2 hour minimum.

I have been shopping in this store for well over twenty years and have never had an issue. The staff is friendly and the shelves are always well stocked, even during peak periods. Using the barcode wand makes shopping and checking out a breeze. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and Shop Rite is literally about 200 feet away.

Quick and easy store to run in & grab what you need. Cashiers are fast & courteous. They have almost anything you’re looking for. It always amazes me that I can find hard to get items! The vegetables are fresh & appealing. They also keep the shopping carts in place & out of the parking lot! I particularly like the gentleman who will comes to my car & retrieve the cart.

Stop and Shop has recently added on line shop and curbside pick up service. I can't say enough good things about how well this service has been rolled out. The on line app is easy to use and I am able to find the products I'm looking for which has been a problem for me on other apps. Stop and Shop has a great selection of items. I've had to shop for my family and two sets of elder parents and have had no trouble finding what I need. The shopping staff is amazing and have always found what I ordered - or made a very good choice of a substitute. The pick up is super easy - pull in a spot and call and they bring out your order. I've used it 4 times now and each time has been spot on. Today Melissa brought our order out and she couldn't be friendlier or more conscientious. Great service!!!!

Good & clean, recently renovated. Really nice crew at the cash registers.

Thank you Natasha and people at checkout. My shopping bags were taken by someone. when I got to checkout and sort of panicked I got there by senior bus. Those young people helped me and got me and grocery on bus going home. Thank you all

We are steady shoppers for at least 15 years. We never once had a problem with either a product or the personnel. In fact, employees have gone out of their way to assist us. The pharmacist are extremely helpful. We will continue to shop at the Ridgewood store!

I only have a lidl by me so it is nice to shop in an actual supermarket!!

These employees deserve a raise. They work hard to stock the store amidst this crisis. Appreciate what they do. From the bottom up. Without them we would not have what we need to weather this storm. Say thank you for what they do. That goes for everyone that is working to make your lives easier. God bless you all.

So happy to see the pharmacy staff from the now closed Paramus store. The Ridgewood Stop & Shop Pharmacy is on the 2nd floor. They offer a private area for vaccinations, which the Paramus store didn't have. I would gladly travel a few extra minutes to this store for my meds and vaccines.

Excellent variety of fruits and vegetables. Easy in and out. Very convenient hours and the staff is always ready to help

Close to my home, love the store but can they please carry some salsa that is hot?!? You have a million bottles of mild and medium, but no hot!!! Your salsa sales will double if you change!!!

Update 2/01/2022: please be mindful since we are currently in a time of COVID and it's offsprings. Please be respectful of everyone. This place is trying to keep up with demands and doing it's best with the current employees it has. I am firm in my original statement.

It always has what I need. The employees are the best.

Grocery store with a liquor store upstairs. They have everything you need and it is walking distance from anywhere in downtown Ridgewood. It has always been clean inside. They have a Redbox for movie/game rentals. The parking lot is big enough so I have never had trouble getting a spot.

This store is always well stocked on the items I shop for. The floor plan for covid 19 protection is excellent. Also, the employees are knowledgeable and very friendly.

Not only do I work here and enjoy all of the great reviews I see here but I enjoy seeing all of my coworkers and managers, and I'm glad to have continued the work of keeping this store professional, clean, and being apart of a good team.
