LOVE love love. I now live in Germany but still stop in when I’m back twice a year. Amazing staff, beautiful office, excellent services and results. Can only recommend!!!! They make you feel so comfortable and explain everything. Very knowledgeable staff of mostly nurses!

Ruth was my injector for filler. She explained everything. Showed me how she would accentuate my features. I am so happy with the results! I had a previous experience somewhere else and Tighten it up spa exceeded my expectations!!! I’m in love with my results!! Picture below is no make up and 5 days post injection

Wonderful experience! Michelle and LeeAnn were great! Professional and thorough. Michelle is an excellent, gentle and experienced practitioner. I am extremely happy with the results!!! Natural and just enough so I look more rested. I highly recommend Michelle and Tighten It!
