Huge selection of shoes for the whole family!! I was impressed at the selection of Vans, Nike and Puma shoes they had for my daughter and Myself! Both my girls found a pair of shoes that suited them nicely! The cashiers were so helpful when I needed to exchange another pair we received for my daughters birthday! The whole store was organized and we found exactly what we wanted!

I purchased two pairs of New Balance shoes from DSW online. After wearing one pair for a couple of weeks, the shoe lace loop snapped. It appeared to not be stitched into place completely. I attempted to return them by getting an authorization online but was unsuccessful because (1) I wore them and (2) I didn't have the original box (lesson learned there...keep the box!). I was instructed to return them to the store. The store employee was very accommodating and refunded my original sale back to my card. I then repurchased the replacement pair. I've never had an easier return transaction anywhere. There was no question, no attitude. Just plain old good customer service. Way to go, DSW!

My first time shopping here in store. Great experience and found two great pairs if work shoes. Also, Sophia the team member who helped me with my return and purchasing was absolutely amazing!!! Great service there. Helped me understand the differences between the styles of shoes( support, cushioning, etc.) Bought two different styles that worked for me. Incredibly comfortable the minute I put them on. Wish I would’ve done it a long time ago.

What a shoe store. Huge but three-quarters of the store is for women so take lady with you. Nice selection of men's shoes. Dress, athletic and casual. There is a clearance rack that you must look at. Great shoes at even greater discount pricing. Love this store.

Went to get work shoes. Thank goodness they had my size and in wide width. The store was nice and clean, people were friendly but the parking was rediculous!! I'd definitely shop here again but next time I'll have my husband drop me off so that I can run in and shop and he can try to find a parking spot,lol.

The store is always clean (I like that). When I was at the register the cashier asked me for my phone number. I gave it but knew it wouldn't help me . She asked if I wanted a card for discounts ( not her words) I got $10. off! She was very friendly! Thanks!

Exceedingly easy transaction to return 6 pairs of shoes purchased online. I have very hard to fit feet and brick & mortar stores don't typically carry my size. If they do, it's in an extremely limited selection. I appreciate the ability to be able to order several pair of shoes, find what I want and painlessly return the others.

I've seen and heard about these stores but never tried till now. I found and purchased Birkenstocks, Keens, and also a pair of crosstrainers that I've never heard of but I'm wearing almost daily. Love the prices, people were helpful, and the store was clean (besides the little boy that threw up.)

Huge selection of shoes, staff is friendly and helpful... parking is a little bit of a challenge for moms with strollers, but a mom who doesn't mind sherpa mode will appreciate the amble space to get gear out of the car.

Great shoe store for men and women. Prices very competitive with online and very large selection of shoes, all styles minus work and cowboy boots.

Rows and rows of shoes, lots of options and pretty good pricing compared to online. If you need shoes right away or need to try on sizes, this is a quick and easy place to go.

Always find what I need! Almost too many things that I like. Glad I have a little control!
