AT&T Store

Eugene was a delight. He was very knowledgeable on items he had in store. He was quick to greet and check us in. He helped us find the right accessories for our phones quickly as well. I would recommend scheduling your next trip in with Eugene if you would like efficient and friendly service.

Our AT&T associate was Umer. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. He was able to help us with upgrading our phones and transfer the data and apps in a very timely manner. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to other customers.

We were expecting a long wait time, but were able to get attended to right away by Vanessa. She greeted us, and made our transaction fast and easy with an easy going personality. She was great!

this will be long review but worth the read! I went through a horror situation when I bought a phone for my daughter for Christmas on 12/14/23 through Best Buy to add to my existing att account, and not only did I never receive the phone but I also learned it had been stolen from the Best Buy. since then i have been given hell and run around or passed back and fourth every single time I tried to get them to help me and refund me for the phone I never received. well today after getting the courage to go into the at&t store in roseville and tell my story again in hopes someone would help me get out of this nightmare situation Best Buy had created, I was FNALLY HELPED and treated properly and the phone line was removed from my account and I was refunded! it was not even at&t's responsibility to refund me it was best buy's mess but they did it anyway! I was finally listened to and treated as if I was actually going through something and not the one committing a crime as I had been treated before. I am still crying happy tears an hour after leaving the store because I am so happy to finally be helped! thank you to the customer service representative Leo for your amazing customer service and actually listening to my story, caring, being kind and helping me to get in touch with your manager! you have no idea how much your help meant to me today! and another HUGE thank you to the store manager Mason who had to do all of the hard work and digging to fix all of the problems that were created from all the previous people who never helped me! you both were the definition of kindness and outstanding customer service! ANYONE AND EVERYONE SHOULD COME HERE FOR ANY AT&T SERVICE NEEDS! I promise you will be taken care of! thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

The representative Umer went above and beyond my expectations! He was very attentive and quickly understood my needs and made sure to follow up after to make sure everything was going well and I was satisfied! Definitely recommend this AT&T store in Roseville!

We came to get new phones and met with Umer. Wow. What I thought was going to be a really lengthy process was so easy!!! Umer is so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us with our old phones and made the transition very easy! I highly recommend coming here!!

Umer gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T! I had one iPhone and one Apple Watch on my account and I walked out with those things remaining and a new iPad AND my bill being less than it was when I walked in! He is a genius! So patient and helped me with my endless questions! He deserves a raise asap!

Good knowledgeable customer service, I highly recommend going to the real AT&T store instead of any of the local stores because they don't know what they're doing there. For example we tried to get a home phone number switched over to a cell phone, and the local store told us we could definitely be done by them. Turns out they were wrong.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and efficient it was a new issue that he learned how to help us quickly. Graceful

I just want to say that although AT&T company as a whole has taken me through the ringer since December, the only thing preventing me from switching my services is ONLY because of the amazing customer service from Martina, the manager of this corporate location. Out of the 30+ phone calls being sent through circles with “611” employees, I finally called this office and was connected with Martina who has been efficient, communicative and relieving quite honestly through some of the most stressful weird situations ATT has put me through.

So this is just a huge thanks to Martina, and I hope she is recognized for the awesome work that she does to help put any customer at ease. I’ve never met her in person and haven’t had to because of the help that she’s offered over the phone

This is THE BEST AT&T office in the area. I recently had very discouraging experience buying a new plan at the different location. I specifically would like to acknowledge two associates Joseph and Umar. They spent good 4 hours and successfully resolved the problem created by others. GOOD JOB for Dedication, Professionalism and Ethical Conduct. Any business can thrive only because of people like these guys. THANK YOU.

We went in with a couple of issues. We were greeted immediately in the clean, bright store.
Leo gave us answers and solutions for both issues.
He is personable, friendly, efficient.
Other personnel were friendly and ready to assist also.
All in all, very pleased!!!!

Leo was my customer service rep. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly and he assisted me with a new purchase. He provided me with great customer service.

We just purchased a new phone at this location! We had a great employee named Caprice. She was wonderful to work with. Very efficient and knowledgeable! We recommend her highly!

Donovan was absolutely amazing. He greeted us as soon as we got to the door, and very politely just started talking to us. We told him why we were there, and he said he could help us. We sat down and spoke with him about getting new phones, and accessories. He was very easy to talk to, very respectful and in general a very professional and good person. To be honest, it was one of the best experiences we have had in an AT&T store in a long time.

Please make sure that he is recognized for his outstanding customer service and knowledge of AT&T products and promotions.

Oh my gosh, just had the best experience I have ever had at AT&T here in Roseville. I have been a customer with AT&T for many years. Katrina is the most knowledgeable, best customer service skills, And just the nicest person. She took the time to teach me how to use my new phone And that is much appreciated. I want to personally thank whoever hired her! She is awesome!
