T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

New service thanks to impatient son..Thank goodness for this particular T-Mobile Store. Why?

Well. I had to get a new phone. Apparently my previous device started acting wonky battery-wise once I got on the plane. Anyways, this was the closest T-Mobile Store.

I admit I had reservations. The whole out of town thing, y'know I was sure I'd have "easy prey" or "new meat" written large on my forehead and easily be taken advantage of. My fears were, thankfully, totally unjustified.

First contact was with Mr. Derrion. Personable, knowledgeable, customer service oriented AND he just happened to be the store manager. SCORE! He listened carefully to my dilemma, assessed my old phone and walked me through a few options. Painlessly.

I was then handed off to Ms. Chloe. She was personable, knowledgeable, diligent, and industrious.

All in all a very impressive experience for an out of towner. Definitely would suggest if you need a T-Mobile Store, choose this one.

Simon was amazing. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.

Kayla and Darrian were amazing to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved and made sure I was happy with my experience.

This T-mobile store was my first one. I came to get a T- mobile hotspot activated and working. I was very successful with the help of Chloe, a very friendly and very capable employee. Thank you all for making my venture into T-mobile a very pleasant one and I plan to return.

Went to the store for activating my new sim card which appeared to have issues, on top of that my new phone was tricky to work with. 5 stars for Chloe's patience and perseverance, also 5 stars for Darrion for making us feel at home when coming in and also while waiting for the updates on my phone. MANY MANY THANKS!!

I came through the door intending to purchase a SIM card for my old phone. My current Google Pro has been nothing but problems! Jay took both my phones....swapped out the SIM card which we were told from another party we could not do. Jay took our problem and transformed the expectation into a quick fix. Thank you Jay!! I will not forget this experience.

Could not recommend this location more. I was in an emergency when my phone completely stopped charging and was at 3%. I was on my way to the hospital and not having a phone was not an option. I went to 2 different t mobile stores and even Best Buy frantically looking for a solution with no luck. I walked into this store at my wits end and pleaded with the employee to please help. I was not my best self, and I can assure you that I was anything but a pleasure to be around at that time. The store associate didn’t bat an eye and immediately started looking for solutions instead of writing me off or getting annoyed. within 20 minutes I had a functional phone. She was quick, efficient, patient and kind. She exhibited leadership skills that were unmatched. She kept a cool head when I came in in an absolute panic. It may seem silly and trivial, but it meant a lot to me. She deserves a raise. And I hope she sees this so I can say: THANK YOU. I believe her name started with an L, but I can’t remember. That day was chaos and is a bit of a blur, but I will always be grateful for little act of kindness.

Chloe is the best sales person ever!! I am somber today but I want you to know I am full of glee and excited to bump some of my favorite tunes on these new AirPods

Chloe was absolutely amazing and so helpful! Went in to get my son a kid smart watch and ending up walking out with a new phone and a new member to the tmobile company. I want to thank her so much for all the help! We ran into a few hiccups, but she remained positive and polite. She even stayed late to finish helping set me up. This girl deserves a raise!

I wish I could remember all three of the names of the young ladies there because they were all extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond. Nany initially helped me, but because of AT&T making it impossible to unlock one of my older phones, I got to deal with all three on different days. Really great customer service! I got a fantastic deal on the 55+ plan. Even ditched the AT&T phone and purchased a new one from T-Mobile. Highly recommend this particular store. You won't go wrong!

Thank you Thomas for the patience helping me set up my new tmobile service. You were detailed and thorough and helped get my best deal. I felt bad that i got there at 10 and the line grew to 10 people at least. None of them able to be helped. Thomas did well keeping calm even tho customers were being very rude. Send this man some employees!

My visit yesterday was excellent. She fixed me up with a better home internet tower. It's great.

Abraham at this location was very helpful and friendly. He couldn't help us any better and am very grateful that we happened to get him to assist us. We have had very bad experiences in the past with people getting over on us but he exceeded what I needed done and made me very glad to be a part of T-Mobile. We need more people like him.

Karina & Abraham here were really great! They had an angry customer in store but they handled that interaction exceptionally and exceeded our expectations from what we were expecting. They set our phones up for us and made sure all our questions were answered. Really do appreciate people like those two!

We came to the store to switch to T-Mobile. The manager Thomas and another employee Tom were so helpful! The explained our new plan, switched our numbers, helped with putting new SIM cards in! Great service!

We had called ahead with the request for a new line and what we were looking for financially. We set an appointment with Tom the manager. When we went in he already had a print out of our costs and phone in hand. The whole transaction went smooth and efficient and the whole staff was very pleasant. Definitely would recommend this store.

I have been a tmobile customer since 2013. This location is by far the better of them. Anthony provided excellent service and deals. Edgar and the manager Tom were very knowledgeable and helped Anthony out when needed. I highly recommend this location.

I had billings problems, I called customer service and person who able to handle...unfortunately no one can fix the problem until I spoke store manager. I visited store and explain she just pick up the phone called customer service line it takes less than half of hours. Thanks store manager T mobile need more employees like her to much success phone business .
