It's nice to have someone in your corner, particularly on arcane issues that can become expensive if not handled properly. I found myself having great difficulty trying to convince my lender that our condominium homeowners association had an insurance policy, to the point they purchased a policy and charged me for it. Rick Russo is the agent for my homeowners association insurance policy. I needed an updated certificates of insurance quickly as I was closing on my house and the funding was dependent on having the updated certificate.
