They know what real customer service is at this location! Today, on Valentine’s Day I had ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, and the order ended up with a portion of pineapple. I called to let them know that I received the wrong order and they made it right. Actually they went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate businesses like this, and that’s what makes me a returning customer as well as referring customer. Thank you for showing exceptional customer service! You guys are awesome!

Wonderful holiday platter we received from Edible Arrangements! It was the hit of our family’s Christmas eve dinner!

I am fighting cancer and a dear friend of mine sent me an incredible flower arrangement of fruit. Her fruit bouquets looked amazing. I got one for my nanny and one for my husband and they loved them. Jamie managed to brighten 3 people days in one visit. :) JAMIE YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

Wow!!!! Such great service!!! Called in the order from Florida, and just four hours later a beautiful arrangement was delivered to a location in California more than 20 miles from the local store. The delivery person called and texted me while en route and after it was delivered. Would use them again in a heartbeat!❣
