I had ordered a cake here for my coworkers going away party and had a set time to pick it up at 7am. I arrived to pick up my cake and was told the designer was not in and it should be ready about 730am. I went in at that time and the designer was still not there. The guy in the bakery (forgot his name) but he was super apologetic and let me know that there was some miscommunication as to when the designer would actually be in. He refunded me half of what I paid for the cake, and continued to apologize. Even though I was late to work, they did a great job on the cake and this gentleman's customer service made up for the miscommunication. This store is by far still the best and I will continue to come here.

Customer service is the main reason I love Bel Air. The friendly staff are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have a great shopping experience. Kudos to Connie in the bakery department. 👏

I've been shopping at BelAir since this store opened years ago. Service has always been superb. They stock most everything I need. I am seeing they are trying to get shoppers to use self-checkout which is not something I use. On some occasions there is only one check-out with a store employee which can cause delays.

I go here probably every day. All the employees are super nice, helpful, patient, and friendly. It’s a little more expensive than SaveMart. But I live within a stones throw from here and convenience>saving a few bucks. Plus If I need gas I use my points for $$ off. Always good meat and produce here too. It’s my second home basically.

This store has friendly and helpful staff. Jessie and Sonia definitely have great personalities to assist the public. With my gloves on, I could not get the plastic bags open to pick up apples for 8 neighbors. Jessie was busy but she stopped what she was busy doing and bagged plus tied up my apples for me. I needed 3 more bags of apples which were in another area of the store. She told me to keep shopping and she would get them for me. I ran into my neighbor and her teen age son who is interested in a part-time job at Bel Air. She talked to him about Bel Air plus their love for families as a corporation. She informed him of how to apply for the job on line. She told him to make a practice of never being late. His mom was impressed also. I really enjoy shopping here. You would love Sonia also. It does not matter how busy she is, she has time to smile and lend a helping hand. Their meat dept. Is helpful also but I can't remember his name. You can't miss him. He is very tall. I get a neck workout when I have to look up to talk to him. This store always look clean when I shop. The shelves are very organized.

I mainly go there for the beer selection. Its top notch!

Update (7/16/22): Got an amazing caramel chocolate cake. There bakery makes really good cakes in general, does not disappoint. Also have some really good cheeses.

I enjoy shopping here. Produce is always very fresh, much better than Safeway. I was a dedicated Safeway shopper, but feel their produce quality went down hill and had been charged full price for items that were supposed to be on sale. Tried out Bel Air and have been happy ever since.

Grew up going to this grocery store and pharmacy. Friendly staff, store is always clean and well stocked. The pharmacy staff has always been so incredibly helpful and wonderful! The only thing is that in the last several months there have been new staff at the pharmacy and they are not quite as nice as the ladies that have been there for years.

Always clean, the checkers here are always friendly. Having worked in grocery, it is a pet peeve of mine when cashier's continue private conversations with their baggers while checking out customers, but I've never had that problem at this Bel Air!

I am a Safeway guy, but this Bel Air gives my habits a run for their money! The staff is specifically what sets this store apart. Weather I am coming in first thing in the morning or 10 at night I am always greeted like a friend by the staff members. Even just going through self checkout, I am always asked if I found everything I needed, or it I need any assistance. Always love grocery shopping here where I feel like family!

I've been using their curbside pickup service, and they go above and beyond to make sure my order is right. If they don't have an item, they call, even if I haven't asked them to substitute. They're friendly, and they've always been on time. Grocery stores are everywhere, the products are usually the same. Go here instead, because the service sets it apart.

While everyone knows that Bel Air is overpriced, the service is unmatched. There was a meat-cutter (they really don't like being called a "butcher"!) available on Labor Day!

I needed tomatoes and went here because theirs were good. In fact, Bel Air's produce is consistently good.

More products on the shelves everyday, friendly employees and it looks like they're doing their best with the virus debacle with keeping up with disinfecting and distancing. Just remember, the employees don't make the rules, they just follow company policy.

People say it's expensive, but they have the best fruits/veggies, and meats; have good prices on a ton of foods I normally buy, and they have great $5 goods on Mondays... plus their pharmacists are on top of remembering what other meds your family members take and any contraindications. Not to mention the staff and Management teams are great.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in Rocklin. They've got a wide selection of groceries and are well stocked with some of the more obscure items. The deli here is one of my favorite places to get food before a road trip and I'd highly recommend it. They've also got a great selection of produce and different types of mayonnaise. I really enjoy this Bel Air and jump at the chance to shop here.

It is all good. Nothing unexpectedly bad, just doing what a bit of a upscale grocery store should do in a suburban neighborhood dominated by stucco homes. The emptiness still pervades and the pale taste of the suburbs lingers on the emotional pallet for a bit, but these people need to eat and shop too. Can't deny Bel Air a star for that.

Bel Air is a beautiful, clean store with many choices. I chose some pretty flowers for my mother (great sale) and also picked up their delicious chopped vegetable salad from the deli.
