Jubilee was so kind and helpful.
She went out of her way to find me a pen.
I’m really big on customer service, and Jubilee did her job well.
I like to take advantage of the weekly sale items…
Why buy a pineapple when it’s full price. Wait until it goes on sale for $.77.
I bought a rib roast for $5.97 lb. yesterday which was a great deal.
This store is clean and organized

Based on previous comments about security at this location, I was nervous about going here but this stores security officer was super nice and helpful. There was an incident in the store while I visited and they handled it very professionally.

I am not much of a grocery shopper but I do enjoy steak that we buy from Bel Air. I get flowers here on mothers day and birthdays.

Basically the biggest reason why I love this store is because of the amazing floral department they have!! I love going to Cathy or April to get a floral arrangement of some sort. They always find a way to surprise me with their incredible talent to arrange such beautiful bouquets. I can’t forget the other girls who work at the floral department as well. They all do an incredible job! And I always walk away so happy. Best floral department I’ve ever been to at any grocery store. I’ve added some beautiful bouquets they have created this year for me!

I really like this place a lot. I personally don’t go here for groceries but more for snacks. I love the small little Asian aisle so much. I do miss the ramune so much though.
The people there are very nice and they have very good customer service. I also like that they have security near the ATMs. I always feel safe whenever I go to the ATM.

This place is my favorite place to go to shop for produce. And it is not because its around the corner from me. It is the customer service, it is the quality and freshness, and all together a nice place. There is a Winco store right across the street, and its cheaper. But the food and the workers are complete opposite in the worse way.

They have so many great grocery items for every person. It's clean and the people that work there are so friendly. My cashier Amy was so helpful in her knowledge I needed so desperately that day, she is such a great asset to this company. Now the prices are a little high but I don't think that will stop me from shopping there just stop me from certain purchases. Everything you look at is fresh and delicious, and you won't find in Walmart or WinCo.

As expected from a Bel Air, the aisles are very clean and staff are super friendly. The prices of items are higher than Walmart, but what you're paying for is an overall better experience as well as better trained and better paid staff. Great location that also has a meat and deli department. They also have a Chinese restaurant, small sushi corner, and bakery. Overall very nice location and their staff are good about keeping wait times very reasonable when checking out. I'd highly recommend this location.
On a side note, they also have an app that helps locate items. I used their android app and it was very useful for finding what I needed without bothering staff. However, when I did need staff help, I didn't feel like a bother. They have always been super friendly and helpful and that is very appreciated.

I have been going to Bel Air on Walerga Rd for over 30 years. The level of customer service and quality of food has always been exceptional. The Pharmacy also is top notch. Thank you Bel Air for being there for Antelope.

I love the produce here. I work out at 24hou fitness and it is so convenient to stop off and pick up dinner at Chinese take out in the store. The meat counter is great as well.
The store is clean and well lit. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Love this store. The staff are incredibly courteous, and always will to help find thing. I love the cleanliness! Kudos as always to the staff at the meat counter. 5lbs of bacon later. You can't beat the quality.

I shop here regularly and have never been disappointed in the selection, quality or prices here. It’s always been pleasant for me whenever I have needed help or when I’ve opted for a classic checkout experience with a real human cashier rather than self checkout… but if you prefer fast and easy- You can always use the easy to use self checkout with the Bel Air Siri! She’s so polite and her voice is nice 🤗LOL! I always say “you’re welcome” when she thanks me for shopping at Raleys. 😄

I don't shop here to often because the prices are a little higher but when I do I never have to worry about the quality of what I'm buying. I can always expect a great product and the workers always make my shopping experience very enjoyable. They're always so nice and helpful even my kids are comfortable talking to them and that's a big plus because it keeps them calm and QUIET. Lol great place to shop.

Always stocked with whatever I need. Lots of workers on the floor who are always happy to answer questions. I LOVE having the post office in there. I especially like Doris and Brandon who are always so helpful and kind. They suggest cheaper ways of mailing and go out of their way to help with whatever you need, and are always so cheerful, even when there's a long line of people waiting to do holiday shipping! The store is definitely not the cheapest around, but there are so many other plusses that keep me coming back.

Everything we've come to expect in a great supermarket: good stuff, good prices, big selection, clean and friendly store and staff, no hassle parking, no long lines, an actually enjoyable experience!

Alina is the BEST!! She usually does the e-cart. She is very kind and always has a smile on her face. You can tell that her customers mean a lot to her and that she cares. She makes my shopping experience 1000 times easier being a mom of 4 and always on the go.

I have been a regular customer of this store since they opened in 1992. They are the best market in Antelope, and they have wonderful employees. In the past few days they have had to deal with the impact of hoards of people and running out of everyday items. The employees have done a stellar job with this crisis and I want to thank them all for their hard work and patience.

Love this store. Today I ordered delivery for the fist time with a grocery and it was the best experience. Especially because I was trying use instacart and long story short I just didn't get it working. I have been shopping with this particular store for a few years. Always appreciate there fresh produce. Great meat counter, deli counter. Always a clean store. Thank you so much for all you do!!!! I feel as though I can walk into any Raleys and get quality 🙂

This is one of my favorite stores. Well stocked and friendly staff. Besides groceries they also have a pharmacy, butcher, deli, bakery and an official US Post Office branch.
And they now require all customers wear a mask in the store. I feel much safer shopping with everyone sporting masks.
Update: The USPS branch in this store was closed in December 2020.

Bel Air is excellent for its service, quality and attention to detail. I appreciate the fact that staff is friendly, and always willing to lend a hand whenever possible - especially to a person who is both disabled & "elderly." They never act as they are being "put out" when you ask for assistance of any sort - even for the 'silliest' of questions!
