Great prices, even greater customer service. Caleb helped us find a putter for my wife by walking us through the different types of putters. You can tell he was also passionate about the sport. This store lives up to the hype.

I dealt Riverside Rodger Dunn for 18 years. I am comfortable with this place. I purchased a lots of items at shop. This time, I purchase a set of kid's Golf Club which is size "0". Size Zero means from 0 year old to about 5 years olds.

John was so incredibly helpful in picking out my clubs and giving me some pointers. I was very nervous going in to get sized for clubs and he made it easy and convenient. I would definitely go back to see him if I need anything else golf related.

Called Rodger Dunn, and Dylan answered the phone to help. Told him i was coming in to buy some clubs and he briefly answered my questions and told me to come down. I went there later that day and Lars helped me pick out a pre-owned set. Honestly 10/10 customer service. I had little knowledge about Golf prior to coming in and they broke down what I asked about in the simplest way possible. My visit was quick and efficient. On top of that, their return policy is amazing. You can literally buy clubs from there, try it out for a month or two, and return for store credit (and use the store credit towards something different). *As long as it is within 90 days*. I don’t write reviews often, but man this place deserves a good one. Thank you Rodger Dunn, and big thanks to Lars over there, for making me a returning customer.

Five stars for sure! I needed a new set of golf clubs. I was not sure what kind and size to buy, this indecisiveness caused me to wait for many months, finally decided to visit Roger Dunn. I was really impressed by their service and inventory, I was out of there in 35 minutes with my new clubs, Caleb Naylor in sales help me pick my clubs. Caleb is very professional, knowable and friendly. Also, the manager at the front desk is very kind/caring. I will absolutely revisit this store should I need any golf accessories in the future.

I stopped here for a last minute rangefinder purchase. The team there was incredibly helpful, not pushy, and super informative. They had a decent variety of the other accessories I needed, and prices were competitive compared to the rest of the golf market. 5/5 would recommend.

Love going to Roger Dunn. It's like a kid in a candy store for me. Byron the manager and Lars the clubs specialists are fantastic to work with. They treat everyone with a great attitude and are helpful in every way. Although the shop isn't as big as the Santa Ana store, they seem to be stocked. Fitting was very helpful and can't wait to get my new clubs on order. Thanks for a great experience.

Update: Today they continue to impress me with their courtesies and professionalism when I stopped by to trade in few old clubs for latest driver. Simply wonderful.

Original: This is a smaller version of the franchise but my experience was nothing but outstanding. The staff is very professional and polite.

This is an awesome location. I decided to come here instead of the Santa Ana location because it is less busy, but I was really glad because everyone here was so accommodating and not pushy.

Shoutout to Monton who helped me get fitted. He was patient and super helpful in choosing my clubs.

Customer service is great, they're knowledgeable and friendly. I walked into the store after being out of the game for almost 5 years, wanting to know more about what irons were on the market. One of the guys spent 15-20 minutes with me, explaining what all of my options are and then set me up to try out the clubs that caught my attention. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

EDIT: I went back and upgraded my old insert putter for a BEAUTIFUL Scotty! I asked the right questions to help me choose my 30th birthday present and couldn't be happier!

I’ve spent a lot of time at this store and every time I walk in the door, I feel welcomed. The manager, Byron, has always taken care of me and made sure I get the most value for my money. On one occasion, I had a pair of broken golf shoes that I wasn’t even sure if I could return, but he took the time to call the manufacturer and to my surprise, they were still under warranty and I was able to purchase two new pairs of shoes with the store credit. On another occasion, I bought several new used clubs (that were already a steal) and he gave me a very generous discount to offset the cost even more. Today, I dropped off a few of my clubs to get regripped and I completely forgot I had a tee time tomorrow but he made sure that the work was finished and, as always, they delivered and I’ll be able to play with my newly regripped clubs tomorrow. All that being said, I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store before you buy anything online. They will go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need for your game.
