Was kinda sketched out not going to a dealer. Ended up buying 2 cars there from Ashton for the price I was looking for my family. After three months and 20 thousand miles later, I can say that these cars are functioning great. When I picked up my car, the detailing wasn’t up to par so Ashton threw in 2 free detailings. Great service and cannot recommend more.

We got to the dealership and they had already pulled out the vehicle and had it cleaned for us (they just got it in). We test drove it and knew we wanted it. He is such a funny and laid back dude, he made this three day (long process through my bank) experience enjoyable. He didn’t make me feel like he was just trying to sell a car like most salesmen. I was shopping for a car online and came across one I was interested in, since we lived an hour away I called and Gabriel answered the phone. We got there and he had the car ready for us to look at. I like dealerships that allow you to test drive cars without having any salesperson riding with you or hovering over you while you check out the car. We ended up purchasing. The process was fast and smooth. It helps when you do your part getting pre approved and already having a check with you. The car was for our daughter and she loves it. Thank you Gabriel for your help and mannerism. We will come and find you the next time we purchase a vehicle.

Keep in mind, the dealership mostly carries high end and the best trims of all kinds of cars.

I found the truck I was looking for through Capital One Navigator, got pre-approved and gave them a call to set an appointment
For a test drive. They told me my sales rep would be Gabriel. Arrived at the dealership, they had the truck washed and ready to go. I drove it and decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Generally my experiences at dealerships has been lengthy and a lot of negotiating and waiting around. But Gabriel made it as quick and painless as possible. They gave me what I asked for for my trade in, and we were off and running. Got a great deal and had an overall good experience with these folks. I would certainly recommend. Ask for Gabriel, he knows his stuff, is very helpful and will get you on your way with your new ride in no time.

I have to say it was by far the best car buying experience in my life without exaggeration! Aston was by far the best salesperson I have ever met. Car buying is always stressful and all you ever hear from sales people are, "I can't do that." Not one time did I ever hear any negative comments or someone trying to upsell me and make me feel like I had to do anything I didn't want to do. The experience was all about what I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership especially due to the employees as well as the management working with you. No outrageous fees like all the dealerships are putting on cars at the moment. I drove 3 hours to check out a car and Aston was really helpful getting me the best deal that he possibly can. Place in general is good and clean got my deal explained everything piece by piece and was straightforward. I have been looking for an Lexus RX450h for about a month and not sure if I spend my saving on the car. Saw Corona Motor Direct at Norco location carrying a exact model that I love so I decided to stop by for a visit. The staff are young but very professional, friendly, and down-to-earth, specially John A.. John walked us to the car and leave us all the time we needed to inspect and check it out. He lets us drove the car out for driving test twice. Paperwork went through quickly. Some small maintenance and repairs need to be done before I pick it up but any complaints about the car are being resolved professionally. And I can wait to get my car. Hope everything is going well.

Corona motors is one of the most helpful dealerships I have ever dealt with I have terrible credit and it’s been two months since I’ve been car searching due to flat out denial, too much money down, wanting co-signer , or too much month, I finally go to corona motors and they were willing to work with me and give me another chance At building credit And getting established in it. Gabriel the sales rep was very very very friendly and helpful in getting me approved, I got approved for a car that I love And will cherish at a very good monthly payment. I hope to see him succeed more in his line of work And continue helping people like me thank you guys!!

Edit: 06/5/2022 update. Dealing with this dealership after getting my car has been a nightmare. Gabriel proceeds to be a great salesman but when it comes to maintenance and getting things fixed it’s a hassle and they never get back to you about important things that need to be done. They won’t accommodate you with a loaner or anything if you get a car from them and something goes wrong with it . They may replace or repair it for you but you will wait forever and make not hear from them until you call.

Our sales rep, Aston Martin, hooked us up with a great deal on a car. No haggling or extreme negotiation needed. He was very transparent and this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. Totally recommend working with him. Will definitely be buying my next car from him.
