I enjoy this Stater Brothers. The staff is always respectful and kind. They never fail to be sincere in their endeavor to do so. Making the drudgery of grocery shopping a better experience!

Clean, organized, good selection, always well stocked. Everyone there is uber-nice and helpful.

What can I say about this store I was used to target down the road but the customer services at this store was amazing! I was helped by a manager by the name of Omar. He asked how my day was going while I was walking down the aisle and asked if I need asientes. He assisted me with what I needed then went to help other customers when the store was busy. When I was all and done Omar was now at a check stand, I went thru his check stand and was so thankful to have him there he helped me count my change and get me out quickly he made me feel so welcomed and said have a nice night with a smile on his face! Will be coming back to this store amazing manager helpful!

Went to the Ontario Ranch Stater Brothers yesterday and the produce department was empty and the customer service was horrible.
Today I went to the Norco store and the people were Amazing! Smiling, greeting customers, asking if I need help, the produce department was clean. The employees were very helpful and they all looked like they wanted to be there.
It was like night and day! These people care; about their jobs, their store and their community.
I have been a Sr Supply Chain Buyer Planner for 22 years and I know good service when I see it!

Stater Bros in Norco has been the most professional employees anywhere. Store is always clean. I've been coming here for 47 years and will continue.

Always clean, neat and tidy. Helpful folks running registers, and stocking shelves. Staff is always nice and courteous if by chance something his hiding and you need to ask staff where an item is. They try to keep lines down to a minimum too, and will call for additional checkers if more than a few in line. Prices are good too!

I always have a good experience @staterbros.. The cashiers always ask how your day is going, and they're always super friendly and willing to help.. Sure, you pay more, but then the other markets, but the customer service alone is worth it not to mention their awesome butcher shop.. I have been a faithful customer for 36 years, along with my parents...

All things considered I really like this location. There are a few items that I would like, but they don't have them, so have to go to the bigger Stater Bros at Hidden Valley or River Road. Have been shopping at the Hamner store since it was opened. The cashiers here are always so nice and very helpful.

Egg nog is here. Just a little bit too taste. Yummy..Yummy. picked up more groceries today.
As I was rolling out my shopping cart, I dropped a box of instant oatmeal from my cart. An employee seen me drop the box and realized I didn't see it. He walked over to me loading my groceries and said did you buy oatmeal? I did and thanked him. Nice people still exist. God bless him for that effort to return my food.

Went for 6 things. Everything was in stock and fresh. Friendly and courteous staff.

So I was in line waiting outside for the store to open at 5:30. Once the store opened, the store was flooded with shoppers. The staff was awesome. They were well prepared, calm, and efficient. I will always be grateful to my local grocery store and remain a faithful customer.

Let me also thank my Norco neighbors. The overwhelming majority of shoppers were polite to each other despite the tension in the air that is inherent in the situation. No fights. No yelling. Most people taking their fair share and leaving stuff for others. Proud day to be an American and a Norconian.

I love Stater Brothers. They have the best prices and the people that work there are wonderful too.

Great food store to go for buying groceries! It also has alcoholic drinks, products, meats, bakery, etc. Recommended!! The employees are very nice and friendly! The prices are worth it to buy and drink/consume the foods!

I had a special request for the butchers (an untrimmed tri tip) they were very helpful and professional. A+++++ customer service. Store was tidy.

Excellent meats, produce, and staff. Great prices on all kinds of meats that go on sale each week. Quality seems to be important to them, which is rare these days (sadly). This is my go-to grocery market and I highly recommend.

I've always shopped at state bros on Hamner ave since day one when it first open and always had super customer satisfaction alot of staff came and gone to which they were very friendly, to which one of my brothers was an employee there as well ; anyways keep up the great work cus I'm a very satisfied customer

I have been shopping at this Stater Brothers since it opened. I Went with my parents, when I started driving I went for my parents. When I became a parent I shopped here, my grown kids now shop at Stater Bros. They have always had the best prices, selection, staff and atmosphere.

Nice people here that arealways on the go and always there for you when you need to ask questions. They all are neatly dressed which I personally love, it shows that they put effort into getting up and ready for work every day :) my favorite spot in the area
