The atmosphere was friendly from the time we stepped thru the front door to our departure. Reception room smelled good and we waited for only a few minutes
All of the staff seemed sincerely interested, empathetic, helpful.
Our big Brando was so at ease with the staff, that while getting his toenails dremelled, he laid down and enjoyed the process.
They were all attentive and careful listeners, did not push unnecessary lab work or injections.
When I remembered other concerns,
it was not an inconvenience to them, but rather a delight which was very nice indeed.

You walk into the door to very smart sweet and personable receptionists. They check you in and are familiar with most of their clients. It feels homey. After waiting for your appointment, the nurse comes out and takes you into a room. They’re very friendly and get all the information they need to give to the doctor. The wait time In the room isn’t very long which is very important to me. The doctor comes in assesses and and talks with you about what to do moving forward with your fur kid. Some things can be done the same day but other treatments are scheduled. After that, when you’re all ready to go, the reception will have everything ready and open on their computer. The ease of check in and out and the entire experience here makes this my vet for life! Thank you Helping Hands!

Dr. Guidry is an angel. We found out that our dog had a mast cell tumor at only 3 years old. We were devastated. However, we were referred to her by a friend who unfortunately had the same issue happen with her dog and mentioned that Dr. Guidry was wonderful in helping with her dogs care. We went in for our first visit and sure enough, she was ready to start our dog on some western medicine and Chinese medicine treatments to hopefully stop the tumors growth. We followed her care plan and to our surprise and to our dogs oncologist surprise, the tumor actually did stop growing. That was all we could have hoped for so that when our dog had to start his chemotherapy, it would make it a little easier. We know some things can’t always be guaranteed but Dr. Guidry put in the effort to do what she could and that’s what mattered. She is so warm and so kind and I can’t thank her enough for just wanting to be there for our fur baby. I would recommend her in a heartbeat for anyone looking for someone to give your animal the love and care they deserve ❤

Every staff member is friendly and knowledge. They talk you through anything you ask about, even stupid questions lol
My dog loves them too, no dog likes the vet but he doesn’t freak out when we leave him with them. They provide great care to him & remember him.

Our 10 year old Chihuahua/Cairn Terrier was diagnosed with IVDD. Her pain was horrible, and we didn't know what was best for her. I will tell you this Vet Clinic and all the staff are top notch. Our puppies nerve pain is gone now thanks to Metacam prescribed by Dr Guidry. The staff was so helpful, caring and listened and answered every question I had. I highly recommend Helping Hands Vet Clinic. This was the best experience I have ever had with with all the vets I have been too. In the picture below Abby is pain free and had a full night of sleep. I love Helping Hands staff and Dr. Guidry. She is thorough and talks you through everything. They truly care about my dogs health. I have a super anxious and fearful boy, and they do amazing with him.

I brought my older dog here for grooming. She is a standard poodle. The groomer came out and met my dog as it was her first visit here, she was very nice and my dog warmed up to her right away. My poodle had pretty long hair as we were scheduled for grooming at Petco that we had waited over a month for, to get a call the night before to say they don’t do grooming for the age of my dog, she is to old. She has been groomed her whole life, I called the manager of petco and he gave me the info for helping hands. From the time I called until the time I picked up my dog, everyone was so nice. My dog looked great and she even came home with two little pink bows that made her look so cute. Best of all, I saved money on my grooming, my dog and I are super happy. Thanks helping hands crew. We have been bringing our pets here for over 15 years. Nice front office, clean exam rooms and staff that shows they really care.

I brought my goldendoodle in today with a very bad earinfection.everyone from the front desk to vet tech and vet herself was so helpful! They gave me a quote very reasonable compared to my normal vet .i will definitely bring my nacho back! Its a 50 min drive but well worth it!

This is me and my pup's first time here and we were both very pleased. Because of the pandemic we had to do a curbside service appointment. Mama was a little nervous about how Socrates would handle being taken away from her by a stranger. Socrates did awesome he was a very nice little boy and he was taking care of very well he gives it two paws up! We will be back!

I took my two kitties Binx and Snoops here yesterday, they did great!! This is our first time here, the service was excellent even during this pandemic. All of my questions were answered, the staff was friendly and helpful. Their veterinarian Cherie answered questions their former vet couldn't such as the ages of my furries. I trust Helping Hands implicitly, I will never take them to their old vet again.

I have taken two different dogs here when I could not get into my regular vet in an emergency type situation. They came through both times being able to get me in, same day. Both times they figured out what was wrong with my pet. The vets I saw here on both occasions were very nice and sympathetic.

My dog has cancer. No one wants to hear it but, it is true. We got a quote from an Oncologist and it was just more than we had and most likely would not solve the tumor issue anyway. Called around got an appointment at Helping hands for a naturopathic vet. To my surprise (the vet) did not want to take my dog off all the medications she was on. She wanted to drop one of them and add three or 4 supplements including her own special concoction that she uses for cancer in dogs. Her advice was warm and welcome and her prices were very reasonable. We really appreciate what she did for our pup. Integrating western medicine with Chinese herbs so we can get every last good day there is left. My hope if you are reading this is that your pet is just sick and needs a vet and not a cancer diagnosis. Go see them either way.

My dog can absolutely not stand the vet but they techs and vets are very patient with her. They are always responsive to phone calls and email. They respond very quickly when trying to contact them. We travel a few cities away just to go to this vet clinic.

They were there when we needed them to make sure meds were easy to administer - thank you!

A clinic that cares about your pets truly is hard to find (we were part of a clinic for a while that only cared about the money, and had neglected my In Laws cat for over 16 hrs). We found Helping Hands and couldn't be happier. The team, the hospitality, and the knowledge is second to none. We recently lost our beautiful cat to Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, but she lived a lot longer than we expected and we truly believe this was because of Helping Hands.

I love it here, they are so informative and friendly! They offer payment plans for the puppy package, which includes shots, deworming, Parvo treatments and a year of check ups! I will continue to bring Suggar to this Vet ❤
