After a great deal of dissatisfaction with my previous agency I reached out to PHE. I'm very glad i did, the service was immediate and FANTASTIC! And the bonus is that they have a physical office where people actually work and that you can be face to face with a real person instead of playing interminable phone tag.

I needed to update my car insurance and pay the premium so I went in to their office and Calvin and Evan took care of me. They were both kind, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly, they were PROMPT. They took care of my business immediately.

I have been using PHE for many years. They have always tried to look after my best interest as my insurance broker for my business. No relationship it perfect. We have had a couple bumps along the way. But when I got upset with them they took it seriously to retain me as a customer and remedy the problem. One time their employee dropped the ball on an issue. Donna the owner jumped in with both feet making it right. Then there have been time I did not communicate well, and they jumped to my rescue. You must use Pam! I reached out to Pam for help when I was very stressed trying to find health insurance for my unborn child during pregnancy. She responded to me immediately and very patiently helped me select a policy telephonically. When I had questions in the hospital, she got me answers immediately. What a blessing to have found her. I appreciate everything she did for me.
