I think her name was Nicole, and my wife spoke to me about how thoughtful she was and i appreciated the hospitality and comfort i was provided during my stay and so grateful for the security i felt while i was there. You all are so amazing people!

Best stay of all our best western stays on our honeymoon. Beautiful romantic river view. Third floor. King bed. Comfy. Staff great. Breakfast next door was great. We loved our stay.

the staff (John, Kathryn, Justine, ..) went over and above to help my family members with accommodations when the came to look for me when I went lost in the forest for two days. A very stressful time that they made our lives better. People like them should get recognized and appreciated. In my world they are extremely appreciated and will always be remembered. Thank you all!!!

Great customer service. I had an employee that was stuck in weather and couldn't make it back to work because of road closures. Karie was so friendly and accomodating. It's just so nice when the person you're dealing wih is friendly and willing to do their best to take care of a customer. I really appreciate it!

They have rooms with an awesome view. It is quiet and the booms on the north side of the building have balconies that you can sit on and enjoy the evening.
They include breakfast next door at bridgeside restaurant and that is the best breakfast in the gorge

This was an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely stocked with amenities. The view was amazing, Trains and river traffic were very much enjoyed. The complimentary breakfast was awesome!

We enjoyed our one-night stay here! The views were beautiful of the Bridge of the Gods and the location was great as we were close to hikes on the Oregon and Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge and the hotel was great walking distance to restaurants nearby. We especially loved the breakfast ticket for the restaurant next door which is not something I have seen with hotels before, I think it all really added to our great experience for our first night on our Oregon trip.

Definitely going back! Beautiful location. Very limited food options & everything closes early. This hotel was nice and clean, the staff was awesome!

Pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean and filled with amenities. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was very quiet which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

We only stayed 1 night and wish we could stay more. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful during entire stay. Our lock to the room wasn't working and they had no problem brining maintenance back to the hotel after they left for the day so we could get that fixed. The views of the river are gorgeous as well. There is a train that goes right by the hotel but it really isn't that bad and they provide ear plugs to help you sleep. We always bring a noise machine to any hotel anyway to drown out other guests, etc., and we never heard the train. There are also some great little breweries/restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Will certainly recommend this place to friends and family.

The staff, hotel, and atmosphere were great!! We had a riverside room with a balcony and enjoyed some downtime enjoying the view. The included breakfast at Bridgeside restaurant was the best! No powdered eggs here. A proper hot breakfast with several choices.

What a beautiful spot! We received a call letting us know our room was ready, early. That was just a bonus to our stay. Room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also quite a treat. It was a gorgeous day in the Gorge! So glad we thought ahead to get a room with balcony and river view.
We are looking forward to our next stay.

Spent three nights here enjoying the Columbia River Gorge. Hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good shower with great water pressure. Very comfy bed for a good night's sleep. Had a river view room with a great sightline to the Bridge of the Gods and the Washington mountains across the river. Train trains run along side the hotel but I was never bothered with my white noise machine I always have. The room comes with ear plugs if you need them. Breakfast at the next door restaurant was a specific menu of hearty options to start your day. Very friendly staff and plenty of free parking in what felt like a safe area. Thunder Island brewing Co. nearby was a fun stop in the evenings. Would definitely return.

Very nice place, smaller, but very good management, and staff, beautiful views, well worth the stay, my wife and I have stayed here many nights and will continue to do so

Lovely stay for our little family. The room was large and clean and we loved the included breakfast at the restaurant next door. The staff are so friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub. And our most favorite thing was the view of the river from the room. Really worth it. Everything was super clean and the beds were great. You can hear the trains a little bit but we found them exciting and interesting to look at. There are earplugs provided by the hotel but we didn’t need to use them. There is also a great coffee machine in the lobby that makes mochas and other coffee drinks. Check out is also later at noon. Great restaurants and breweries in walking distance. We loved our stay and will be returning when we need a little escape from the city life.

Spent 2 nights in a clean,comfortable accessible room with 2 queen beds. Bathroom well equipped with safety bars and shower chair. Great view, right on the river. Excellent full breakfast included with room. Only sorry we didn’t get a chance to use the indoor pool;it looked great. Will be back!

Great stay! 6 of us were comfortable in the 1king/2 queen room. Great view of the bridge, river, and mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful! We were happy with the price too. This place checked off all the boxes.!

The room and the view was so amazing! I liked the 2 arm chairs option instead of the couch in the room, and having double sinks was wonderful! The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on at any hotel I've stayed at and the hotel staff were so great and accommodating! This was an excellent experience!

The service was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. We had an amazing view on the 3rd floor of the river.

There was a minor hiccup with our room when we arrived, but the friendly ladies at the front desk fixed it very quickly. Even though we swapped a single king bed for a room with two queens, the room itself was way better. We ended up with a balcony and a view of the bridge that was incredible. There’s a small exercise room that has everything you need and a great pool/hottub. Everything was incredibly clean and all of the staff we met were friendly, helpful, and always nice. The breakfast (and just the food in general) next door at Bridgeside was great too. The food was good and quick and the staff was always friendly. I’m going to say friendly one last time because they were. FRIENDLY. Lol
Great location. Right off the highway. Very clean grounds and rooms. A+.
