Great experience, I was greeted by Jayline, she was very helpful and gave me a tour of all the top items and what is currently on sale! This is going to be my new favorite store!! Jayline left me with a memorable experience!!!

Sal keeps his store airtight! Inventory is always on point, and if it's not here, the staff is helpful in locating or ordering it for you if it's available. Footlocker at The Galleria at Tyler has been my go-to since 2010. Through the thick and thin of Covid-19, kids school needs I appreciate Footlocker and Sal.

Excellent customer service. Only 3 workers and they were all attentive to everyone mind u it was very busy.

I came here during a holiday rush and was helped immediately. The employee (Gina) was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her customer service skills were impeccable. In fact, she went above and beyond to look up sizes in the area for me and was very clear in her explanation of just how wide the search parameters were. She really made my experience here great.

Ordered some shoes for my daughter for pick up. There was a mix up on their online method to where I had to call them and make sure that my daughter was able to be the one to pick them up since I’m out here in LA. Abraham was able to help me out to make sure that it worked out for her to be the one to pick them up, despite the bug in their online ordering system. For some reason their system let me put her name for her to be the one to pick them up, but by the end of the order their system had put my name for pick up… things could have been all bad.

Thank you Abraham and all there at Foot Locker for helping my daughter and I to make it happen correctly.

Good employees need shoes actually pretty stylish and unique at much better price then alot of other shoe stores in mall

Honestly this was the best store you can ever go too!!!
My boyfriend and I were almost done shopping for our trip coming up and were going to get shoes from another store, but I told him let's try this last store to see and THANK YOU JESUS I did!!!!
The sales associate, Jackson, was the BEST!!!!
He helped us out so much, making sure the shoes fit, giving us recommendations, informing us what a VIP member included and because of him we were 2 happy customers!!!!!
If anyone wants to go look for shoes go here and ask for Jackson!!!

Had trouble finding the right shoes. They didn't have them, but they ordered them for me and 4 days later I got my shoes 🙂
