Noemy!!!!! What an absolute doll and so pleasant to deal with. She had her smile ready to greet us as we walked in and she made sure we got what we were there for and some more! What a absolutely pleasant experience to deal with, which is few and far in between these days for customer service. Vans would be smart to keep her on board and let her move up the chain. 5 stars for her customer service.

Went in the other day and asked someone for help they sent me to someone else instead of helping me so thought that was weird seemed like they didn’t want to do their job and just sent me to someone else but it’s okay cause I was helped by a nice lady named Marisa she helped me with sizing and making sure I was comfortable with the size and style even gave me great advice ! Marisa made my experience at vans 1000000% times better and I will definitely be stopping by more often hopefully to get helped by her again ! Marisa you’re doing a great job !

Very professional highly motivated workers , great atmosphere, we felt tended to and appreciated I did not buy anything but my friends did and we were all very stoked

Was a bit busy since it was mother's day weekend ...but got exactly what I wanted. The staff is amazing as always!

Staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Sergio helped my girlfriend and I with selecting our shoes, and very nicely offered a pair of socks that were made for the low cut shoes my girlfriend was trying on when he noticed she was struggling with the ones she had. Super helpful, polite, and not pushy at all. Everything you want when picking out some new kicks. Counter staff was also very friendly and polite.

Didn't know vans had a comfort sole version of thier shoes?! definitely great for work; I've had them for a few weeks and my feet don't feel sore by the end of my shift.

Great store with more than shoes

Will always be my favorite shoes and I'm passing it on to my kids as well

The sales staff helps so much. I was there 1 hour and tried on 4 pairs of shoes. They didn't have one pair of black shoes I really wanted in size 7 women's (8.5 mens). I ended up buying 2 paid of shoes. The place was so busy on Sunday at 5pm. Seemed like they had just enough staff to help the crowd. Will go back there again.

Everyone who works here is always so nice and helpful even when it's busy.

Love the shoes, but takes long time for people to give you the shoe size. People go to the back and get the shoe size you want. Sometimes I feel bad that people are getting the shoe size I want especially because a lot of people come into the store.

Top notch Van's store! Troy is an asset to the company and was very helpful. From the top 5% Google guide in the IE take it from me go see Troy at Tyler mall Van's store! One of the few SoCal skate/beach wear stores that have toddler shirts and shoes. Tillys and Zumies leave the little cats out but not Van's.

Vans,,just bought my 10th pair,,from Tyler Mall in Riverside,,been wearing since high school,,40 plus years,,over the years have had 30 plus pairs,,some styles gone,,new styles,,like the PRO,,cushioned inserts,Nice,,people at this Vans store easy going,no pressure,friendly,,nice atmosphere,,

Its not the stores fault but they discontinued all of my favorite shoes and now are trending stuff i wont wear but the store is friendly and professional. I will be sorry to be changing brands after all these long years.

Vans is, as they have always been for me, full of helpful and professional peeps to get me what I need and lace up my shoes! Cause I suck at it lol

The staff was helpful. The classic shoes felt they way they did when I wore them in the 80s.
