New favorite teriyaki place! Super friendly, great food! The egg drop soup was packed with vegetables! Normal teriyaki portions but excellent quality.

You can get some great food at Kinja Teriyaki. There is an excellent selection of teriyaki dishes and all come with very generous portions. They even serve Bulgogi. The restaurant is small, but very clean. It looks like they do a lot of takeout business with how the front entrance is designed and they serve free soup for you while you wait for takeout. There is also a selection of soft drink bottles to purchase with your takeout. The service is wonderful with a smile and kindness. There is plenty of available and close parking.

The new owners are fabulous. We finally tried Kin Ja again recently after not having been for years and now we’ve been back multiple times. The teriyaki is delicious, exactly what I’m wanting and expecting -and my picky kids also approve. I’m excited to hear about plans for sushi and ramen, yes pleaaaaase!

Love this place, and the food is amazing. It's definitely one of my favorites they are always so happy and friendly and even when they are busy I didn't have to wait long for my food!!

The service is genuinely friendly and fast. It's close to my work, so i come here often for lunch. I also recommend the Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Got lunch here today, 3rd time visiting in total. This was the first time I tried the egg drop soup that was on the counter. I was actually surprised with how good it was! I can't remember ever having better. I got the honey garlic chicken, last time I had the orange. I would recommend them both. Will return. Thanks.

This is the place to go for a quick decent meal. Fast and friendly. But what makes it 5 stars is they have kimchi.

It’s a Lakewood gem! Kin Ja has THE best spicy chicken in all of the land. If more folks tried it, all reviews would be five stars. Also, their vegetable tempura should be a model for all - never soggy, perfectly battered. My keto friends, just request mixed steamed vegetables instead of rice. :)

I love Kin Ja teriyaki. The staff are always genuinely friendly to everyone who walks in. The food is high quality and consistently well prepared. Lunch specials are an amazing value. They give you soup FOR FREE when you dine there. Great place.

My mother would take me here as a treat once a month when she was on disability.

I may not have the refined pallet to rate the quality of the food compared to others, however, I have always enjoyed their food, friendly service, and the large portions that could each serve as two hefty dinners.

If you're craving teriyaki chicken, beef, short ribs, or some fried rice, you will not be disappointed.

Their free, dine in, miso soup is great, and their kimchi is as well.
